Moves trailer easily without using a truck and in and out of the garage.

It helps move my trailer without any help. It helps to park in awkward turns.

I would improve the attachment of the ball to the coupler, also the braking system is very touchy. I would also make the unit taller for older people that have back problems. It was not successful for me at all. I could never really get it to work.

When using the drill it can be dangerous when you let the handle down just even a slight bit. But other than that I love the product. It has helped me with storing my airstream, allows me to pull it out rather than using my truck.

I would like the tires to be solid. The unit has helped me moved my trailer into tight spots that the vehicle would not.

It didn't work for our application but it seems well enough made. We tried to use it to pull the trailer into the backyard up a small incline involving a pretty tight turn. I think the turn was too tight. I'll let my neighbor use it and then hopefully sell it to him.

I have a tight space to fit the trailer in and the valet saves me from using my truck. I would not improve anything. The change in the tires has already been made so I am very happy with it.

I would improve the braking if possible when I was on an incline it was hard to break. Performance on an incline could be better. It has helped me make tight corners, and fit in all my tight spots.

I dislike the older XL with pneumatic tire design. It helps move my trailer in and out of the driveway in tight spaces.

It has helped me move my trailer in a way I could not do with anything else. I have a weird tight spot that it needs to fit in and the dolly helps me fit it in there. I would put solid tires on all of the units, that is the only downfall.

Great Product. Good and prompt customer support. I've been using my XL unit for a couple of years to move my 25-foot travel trailer into a tight spot next to my house. It has saved me from a very expensive task to straighten out the driveway and access necessary to put the trailer here using my truck. It is well built reasonably easy to use. Attaching a battery-operated electric drill saves lots of cranking energy. Recently I purchased a newer trailer that has a different type of ball hitch that does not accept the Trailer Valet ball in a reliable manner to safely move the trailer. The support team, Aaron, at Trailer Valet walked me through a solution and I am now installing a side-mounted Trailer Valet to my trailer.

It has been very easy to move in tight spots on my trailer path. I would improve the installation of the unit. I feel the plate is a little too small when trying to install on the tongue. I don't feel much support when installing.

Build a more positive way when installing the ball, or tightening the ball.

I would improve the bushings and bearings, they come out too easily. it has got me into dog shows that I would not have been able to do without the trailer valet.

It has helped and allows me to put my trailer in much tighter places. The trailer valet makes it so much quicker and simpler to move my trailer around.

This unit helped me when I was using it on a smaller trailer. The brake is too sensitive, the brake handle is very flimsy as well. The unit is too low for a taller person that is trying to use the unit to the best of its ability.

I love your products. We are pulling a 28' Forest River Cherokee travel trailer. Moving from the valet with the inner tube to a solid tire was the best thing you could do. We've used it to move around our 28' travel trailer in our back driveway. We live in a suburban neighborhood with little room to maneuver our trailer. But with the valet and a drill, it's no problem. Now I use it as an office during the week when I work from home.

It has helped me to put my boat anywhere I want to put it. I was never able to move it anywhere and now I can move it in any garage. I would improve the coupling plate, I wish it was bigger so my trailer does not tip. My coupling plate keeps bending on my unit.
