PLASTIC CRACKED AS SOON AS I STARTED USING IT. HAS A NICE DESIGN BUT THE PLASTIC END WILL NOT HOLD UP. IT IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE SUB PAR QUALITY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Purchased the shovel online for someone to pick up in another state. When they went to pick it up was told it was already picked up. They didn’t check they persons ID or they would have seen it wasn’t the person to pick it up. No one knew about the purchase but me and the one who was assigned to pick it up and were 8 hrs away from each other, seemed fishy but after I spoke with someone they couldn’t give me and explanation of what happened but was able to get a shovel but his ID wasn’t checked.

Really disappointed in this recommendation from a usually trusted newspaper. I can’t believe they would recommend a shovel which blade is purposely designed to curve up on the outside, leaving an inch or so of surface area on both sides untouched. Highly inefficient. Buy a shovel that has a 100% blade to ground ratio, rather than this approx 80%, with 20% curving up, seemingly defeating the purpose of this shovel to begin with.

I was looking for an ergonomic shovel that did not have a metal edge on it, so I could use it on a composite deck.

Excellent shovel. I’ve had this before and our movers lost it. When I went to replace it I was glad Home Depot still had it. The shape does help your back when lifting. Shipping took a while but otherwise very happy.

Perfect size and lightweight. I really like the material because it doesn't damage the surface of the ground. I also like the ergonomic shape.

This shovel is lightweight and easy to use and gets the job done.

So far... Only used it a few hours on three days, but moved a lot of square feet of 20" of snow. Works well for dig and throw or narrow push Easier on my back for sure. We will see about longevity down the road. Other site reviews say I'll have it a long time.

Just another snow shovel. All the noise about the “wearable strip” is for nothing. The strip is not replaceable. So, it is a shovel that will need replacement soon, but hopefully will not damage the paver surface.

This is one if the best shovels for the price out there! And made in America is good too!

It was a gift for my dad and he loves it! Said it is great quality and does the job.

Good snow shovel. It removed all my snow!!

This version of the shovel has replaced the metal blade with plastic. The shovel blade is curved and only scapes the snow down to the ground at the center. I have used versions of this shovel for years, but can no longer recommend it.

Love this shovel, picks up a lot and it slides off really easy and love the angled handle

Worked well for a full season. Second year I hit a crack in the drive way and it snapped the plastic shovel.
