Build quality of main drain component is good. End pieces need calk to stay in place which may reduce timeframe before repair is required.

The product was exactly what I needed. The is very durably, reasonably priced (compared to others) and easy to install as a DIYer.

I couldn't get a couple sections to lock together.

This covered my drain pipe by my basement door perfectly and it was budget friendly to boot.

If your going to drain this horizontal the pipe is even with the ground at the exit. My application had to change because you can’t cover the drain pioe

Bought this for my DIY to fill into outdoor sump pump from overflow water coming down the side of my house when heavy rain. Very good quality but you will need accessories to I had to order more for the sides. H Depot has the lowest price.

The trench drain itself is fine but endcaps are bought separately, priced ridiculously, slide nicely in one end but the other end is left to the buyer to figure out how to keep it in place.

Made it work, but bad design where the drainage pipe exits. Made for a 2 or 3 inch pipe. You have to use the same hole for either pipe which is the same height of the drain trench thus can’t bury it underground

I had to return these pieces. The way the grate is removed the side walls of the drain have to expand outward. While this may well work if placed in dirt, encased in concrete the side walls will not move and the grates cannot be removed

These are incredibly easy to install and function perfectly without any maintenance or upkeep

Bought this over a year ago when it was on sale and the clips broke while I was putting it together and measuring out how much i needed. The only good thing is it broke before i actually installed it.

One complaint, top has 1 cap but needs 2 to close off top. Had to order other side cap separately.

The grate was not flexible at all. Trying to remove the grate when the trench is encased by concrete doesn’t appear to be possible. I ended up returning the corner and 60’ of trench and went with a competitor that was almost 3x the price as having a removable grate was of utmost importance to me.

Worked better than I expected. Looks good to.

Overall, this was well worth the money. I was happy with the quality. The only issue I had was getting the accessory piece to snap in on the end…it did not snap in place securely.

I ordered 2 3-packs for my project (I needed 5 sections). I'm glad there was an extra, because I assembled the 5 sections and then tried to lift the whole thing up. The clips broke off one of the sections, ruining it. I had to use my extra piece in place of it. I'd recommend assembling the drain next to your trench and just sliding it in place. Otherwise, it's easy to work with.

The product was easy to install but the fasteners (clips) that connect each piece end-to-end should be larger and more robust.
