My only complaint is that it is difficult to get the grates off for cleaning out. May just be a matter of practice and ware. If it doesn’t get easier I may file off the nubs that lock the grates in.

Easy installation, very good product

I purchased these with the intention of using them in my driveway but i required more end caps to use them individually. I should've noticed this before because it clearly states it only has two end caps. I didn't use them but they would have been very easy to install together with a single hole some where in the middle to drain. It does not have slope so creating it would have been necessary. Overall they feel solid and would be a great purchase for anyone looking to use them together.

Regarding whole system - doesn't snap together firmly, and also difficult to glue together. If you want to use the bottom drain alternative, takes major work to drill/ream out the hole - there's no really good way to do it cleanly. Should be a knock-out - isn't.

Overall, a very good product. But using the drain in clay soil with gravel, after every rain the clay expands and then slowly dries out, not to mention freeze-thaw cycles. Recommend stronger way to connect each drain segment to the next in line. Maybe large butterfly bolts and not the slot system now designed.

Two pieces “click” together nicely, but the third piece uses a coupling. It’s too large so these ends don’t click together, it’s very loose and essentially worthless. It was like wresting and alligator, trying to keep it all together and stable when we sunk it in concrete. Otherwise appears sturdy, although the grate is very difficult to remove.

I used many of these as the floor to my pigeon loft, they are strong enough to stand on, and I can clean and basically leave a dryer floor for the birds

Worked great. Had rain water running off my driveway into my basement. I installed this along the driveway to divert it into the front yard. Basement stays dry now. Be aware, these need to be in a perfectly straight line and can't curve at all, the sections will pop apart if you try even a slight curve.

Great product, and good pricing through Home Depot. 5” depth great for increased drainage. Need to make certain you have the proper pitch along entire run before assembling.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, keeping water where it should be

Easy to install & carries the water off.

This trench series looks great (very heavy duty) but I must confess we will not be installing until spring as the weather turned too cold for setting into slab concrete for planned project — a sidewalk & driveway area to promote adequate drainage. Will try to update my review when trench is fully installed, probably late spring 2021.

Over all this is a very good product. I would rate it a 4.5. There are a few things they could improve. Depending on your layout you can't always use the "snap" connection ends so they give you this wimpy piece to hold the ends together which does NOT work well. Since the whole assembly is buried in concrete it doesn't matter in the end but it would make the process easier if it made a rigid connection. It would also be nice if they had a way to connect the sections together when you have to cut the section to fit a particular length. There is nothing to do but butt the ends together and have the concrete hold them together. It would also be nice if they offered angled sections. Not all application can be done with 90 degree angles.

Very poor quality in my opinion. The specs say interlocking system but they do not lock securely. It also states to us plastic epoxy to connect and that peels right away from the drain plastic. Not impressed.

I am a pool builder and this is the second time I have used this trench drain. I like it. It works great and looks professional too.

It is performing well. You definitely need to follow proper instillation and pour concrete.

Good product, the only negative is the sections seem to come apart easily when trying to place them into their final position before pouring the concrete around them.

They were easy to install and seem to be holding up well to vehicles going over them.

Easy to install and worked good for a drain in front of a garage. The pipe connector was an odd ball size and i could not find a pipe that would fit tightly on it. Had to use 4" drain pipe and fill the gap with caulking.
