Why I love it ? Well as an industrial mechanic I concluded and appreciated the quality material components that make up this unit. Most competitive shower units use plastic and polymer fittings, while this Vigo shower spa is assembled with main fittings made of chromed brass, all valves rotate and operate flawlessly, my home water pressure is 45 psi. and all water jets, shower head and hand wand performed to my satisfaction totally, but of course not all water jets to be used at the same time.to summarize I would definitely recommend this Vigo Brielle Shower unit to anyone.

Quality construction and delivers an immersive shower experience. Would have appreciated the ability to position the holder for the hand shower differently as the hose drags on the floor at its fixed location. I ordered another holder and will try to install it in a secondary location. After removing the flow restrictor (we're on a private well), I'm happy with the flow.

I like the shower panel and it looks great. This is really good product and high quality materials. There are two reasons I am giving it a 4 star - first reason is that the hand shower is placed so low that it's metal cord falls on the floor when I keep it in it's holder. The second reason is that the massage jets are not that powerful, but still nice.

Item has exposed plumbing that wasnt visible in the stock photo. Looks bad since our shower steps in from the side. My contractor is going to have to bill me now ro retrofit it with a stainless cover. I didnt realize it until the plumbing was already set otherwise I would’ve returned it! Disappointing!!

I was renovating my bathroom and I was doing black fixture so I went online to Lowe’s and so thiis shower it was love at frist site. Now that is installed it so fun to Take a shower.

We purchased this panel after returning a competitors panel. The Vigo Dilana is so much better built than others we tried. This panel is much more solid and feels like a quality piece of workmanship. Installation was a snap and it looks beautiful. A shower with this panel is a great way to start the day!

The only thing holding me back from giving this product five stars is a total lack of water pressure. I thought that the body jets would do something more than simply tickle me. My contractor explained this is a feature of all the new products on the market. Apparently there is some mechanism inside the unit that restricts water flow, even if the water pressure I have in my home is abundantly available. It’s OK that the total water pressure is divided if you run the body jets and the showerhead at the same time, I understand that. I just wish that I knew the flow would be substantially less than my previous shower head before I purchased it.

Liked it so much I bought a second one for our family washroom. Also recommended to my neighbour. Great pressure. Ease of use. Easy install. Had one issue and customer service was fantastic with sending a replacement part.

I bought 4 shower panels for my new home; this one was the most expensive but the only one with problems. A year and half into usage, the finish at bottom side of the knobs are all peeling. Now the thermal valve gets stuck (difficult to turn). I contacted the factory and was told since it’s more than one year from purchase, I have to pay $55 for the parts. With this price I expect much more…

My wife and I took a trip to Italy...we kept seeing shower panel systems, so my wife wanted to install one in our bathroom remodel...great decision so far!

I bought this a month ago and I can tell you I absolutely love it!! Water pressure is great and it feels like a spa!! Definitely worth the money! It’s a great product with excellent quality!

Nice shower panel....and the pressure is great!! The only thing I don’t like is that the handle to hold the hand held shower is way too low and the cord rests completely on the shower floor ....we installed a separate hook up high beside the shower panel, so it’s much more convenient

We really like the look of this shower assembly and goes well with our master bath remodel. However, almost all of the connections were loose inside, and the contractor had to uninstall it to fix all the bad connections to stop all the leaks. Also, NONE of the drawing dimensions are correct, and the blocking material my contractor used to mount it behind the tile did not line up. Since I furnished the shower assembly, I had to pay for two installations. Also, this unit was dented when it arrived, and had to be re-straightened by the contractor. One more thing that is not really a problem of the maker, but due to environmental requirements, is the 2 gpm flow restrictor which can be replaced with the provided 2.5 gpm restrictor, but the resulting water pressure is very poor, and basically only the rain shower is functional. I have excellent water pressure at my house, so the supply is not the issue. Maybe taking out the flow restrictor completely would permit adequate water pressure at each of the shower nozzles.

Looks great, works great and was very easy to install. As with any multi sprayer shower unit like this, your own house water pressure will affect it's operation. I can run the body sprayers and the shower together, with satisfactory performance, on their own, each spray a lot of water! Ordered on line and had shipped to the store. It was very well packaged, so there should be little to no problems shipping to a home. Looks great with the new Flexstone Shower wall kit!

Installation is like having a baby. After the pain of birth (installation), holding the baby (showering), erases almost all memory of a painful experience. The rainfall is strong, body jets simulate an unusual tingling skin response on your back that is really nice, and the handheld massager has a super fine mist setting, never encountered before. It feels wonderful on the skin. Now I must buy a second unit for the kids shower!

We purchased this about 2 months ago. Works like a charm and lots of water on our private well water system. Up to temperature very quickly. cleans up nice just towering it off after each use

This is a great addition to our remodel shower. Love the features and a wonderful look.

My husband purchased this last month for our guest bathroom. It looks fabulous and feels wonderful. He also prchased the barn door style shower doors. It has changed our guest bathroom from hohum to WOW. The only problem now will be getting guests to leave. It is now his primary bathroom. I will let the pictures say the rest.

I have looked at many Shower Panels before purchasing this one. This one has nice features and solid build quality.

We have been using this now for 2 months. Very easy to install and have had no issues. I did have to add readable labels to 2 of the handles and you can not read the knobs types at all unless you are 10" away for the knobs

Was a little concerned about the water pressure but the unit gives off plenty of water. The jets are good and spray evenly. Very well built with solid knobs and good quality finish.

This is by far the best buy for my bathroom remodel. The quality of the product is exceptional and ease of installation was surprising. I would recommend this product to anyone. I waited a year to review this product and still would buy it again. Actually I plan on purchasing for my remaining bath remodels.

This panel is fantastic. It does require plumbing to stub out 2 valves for hot and cold water. It could possibly be installed as a retro-fit, but for the best results I think it needs to be plumbed and new tile or shower surround. The clips used to hang this are touchy. If you bend them too far out to make it easier to install, the panel is too loose. If you bend them too far back hoping to make the panel tight, it is impossible to get the panel on. There is a happy medium, but it takes some trial and error. That being said, everything else about this panel is fantastic. Pros: The flow is great after I removed the flow restrictor that comes installed from the factory. Instructions on this are in the box. All the jets can be on at the same time. (Wand, jets and Rain Fall) The pressure drops slightly, but still works great. I certain it would be dependent upon your individual water pressure. Cons: No one wants to get out of the shower until all the hot water is gone. I see my water and electric bill going up.

The shower panel itself is great. It seems like a quality assembly. I finally used it a couple of times and I agree with the other reviews, if you turn on more that one thing, the water pressure drops significantly. Factoring in everything, I had to go with 3 stars, and a core reason for that was the instructions. The instructions are horrible! There are parts that are provided that the instructions don't even address. In fact, the instructions are just a couple of very simple, incomplete illustrations, with no real instruction. It says you need caulk, but no where does it tell you what to caulk. No guideline on where brackets need to be mounted, as well as how much clearance you need to make the supply connections. I had to swap out the supply nipples until I found something that would work, even then, I kept kinking the hoses when i attempted to hang the unit.

Seems well built and was a good value. I like the fact that all three water features can be operated independently although at a max of 60psi, there is not enough pressure to operate all three at the same time. If it is possible to operate this shower panel without the 2.5gpm low flow restrictor, that may eliminate my only complaint. I have not tried doing that yet. Having an oiled rubbed bronze option on this panel would also have been nice. All in all I am happy with this purchase.

I’ve been very happy with this Shower Tower. It replaced a Decor Shower Tower that was highly recommended but leaked the first time I used it. Therefore, I was very concerned about the possibility of this one leaking at the joints. But because you need to switch off one water function of the Vigo Dilana to turn on the next (such as going from the shower head to using the hand sprayer), which the old Decor had all features spraying at once, I’m loving that safety feature, as it better safeguards against leaks. Also, this product has a much longer warranty than other Shower Towers I’ve looked at.

After a total bathroom remodel we needed a new shower panel and I wanted to splurge a little since we use this room every day. I couldn’t be happier with this product. My husband was able to install it easily and it looks and works great. I fe like I’m in a fancy spa everyday now. Highly recommend

Bought it a week ago and just installed it. I had to replace my previous one which was a foot taller so I wasn't sure it would work because of the plumbing location, it turned out to be tall enough after installation. Very nice looking unit, pretty pleased on how it looks inside my Travertine shower, definitely recommend this product. Rated 4 stars just because of the length overall for my specific application but product itself definitely 5 stars.
