Just purchased faucet

I am absolutely loving this faucet, nothing negative to say. Love it!

I bought this for our kitchen and my wife says how she loves it everyday. Easier to use for big pots. Lots of cooking going on. Lol.

I live the look, unfortunately it drips out the “pot filler” when I’m using the sprayer. Any suggestions? I haven’t had time to phone or email for Support yet.

That was my husban st-valentine gift

I purchased the faucet and had my husband install it, who by the way is not a plumber. The directions were detailed and explicit each step of the way. The end result is exactly what I needed to change up the kitchen area. The faucet adds life to its surroundings.

Bought it a month, more than I wanted to spend but my wife loved it . No complaints, water pressure is great and the sprayer is amazing also !!

We decided to replace our current countertop with a beautiful white marble countertop and we needed the finishing touches of a Vigo faucet

I was actually VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality and heavy duty feel of this Kitchen Faucet. The packaging was very high end and instructions were easy to follow. Diagrams made it very easy to instal. Love that the hose to the sprayer was sleeved. It always gets attention and compliments from everyone that sees it. The sprayer works great with good flow, and the pot filler is very sturdy and also has good flow. The height may be an issue if you don't have the space.The construction of the entire faucet was solid matte gold finish and very heavy duty feeling. The install was simple as I am a true novice and did the entire replacement in about 30 minutes. I will definitely consider VIGO for my future purchases and give it a 5 star.

The faucet is beautiful. I always admire exellent design and construction, this faucet has both. However, we found the tool provided for one of the final install steps is flawed. To connect the sprayer hose to the faucet requires tightening the hose with the poorly designed and constructed wrench, cheap might be the best definition. When I tightened the hose, the wrench slipped and the wrench gap bent further open. Hoping it was tight enough, we finished the install. It only took a mintue to see the leak. It would be nice if 1) the tool was adequate or 2) the instructions stated the size for an owners wrench, like 14mm maybe. However, when trying to tighten the 'nut head' on the hose, the opening is too narrow to get an open end wrench or adjustable wrench on the nut. Access is blocked by the hose crimmed on end. In the end, I had to use a large Tongue & Groove pliers, collapse the crimp that blocked the nut head and tighten it. A great product, tarnished by a 10 cent tool.

Seriously poor quality. Less than 14 days of basic use, leak showed up from the internal mechanism at the main shaft for the spout end joint. As I move spout left to right with water running, water sprays out from main shaft joint. Working on return with HOME DEPOT and will not buy VIGO product again. Returning this defective faucet is costing me plumbing bill for repeat installation and removal which I cannot get any refund.

Been using for a couple of weeks and I'm very impressed with the quality of the faucet and how easy the installation was. Great packaging too! Very happy

Beatiful asteticslly, but it hasnt work properly from the day it was installed. Water pressure is horrible and is 1/3 of what the flow is supposed to be. Also leaks from the compression fitting in the nozzel(not the nut) any time to sprayer is moved. Contacted CS last week both on their website and called,havent heard back from either.

The color is right, ease of use makes it a nice addition to our kitchen,

Union Carpenter here. Just did an entire downstairs renovation. Enlarged my kitchen and had the final say about the kitchen faucet. At first my wife was totally against this faucet. After it was installed she loved it. Works perfectly with a 33” sink. Great quality and heavy as a M F’er. Even went with the VIGO soap dispenser.

Love my VIGO faucet. Makes my kitchen look amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Quality is excellent. The packaging it comes with is top notch. HAPPY with my purchase. Worth every penny. No regrets.

This faucet was easy to intall, Fits the sink very well, Works good and looks good at a fair price.

One can really tell the quality of the faucet compared to the others. The materials are top notch and you can tell when you are installing it which is very easy. It’s a lot heavier than the old one I replaced. If you use good materials you know it will last a very long time with no worries of failure. I would recommend a VIGO faucet to any of my family and friends.

My husband had a harder time with removing our old faucet, than installing this one. It's very sturdy and well made. I love the strong water flow from both the sprayer and pot filler. It looks like a work of art in my modest kitchen. I am very happy with this purchase!

I love this faucet!! I named her, Elvira bc she’s so sleek and sexy. Our kitchen is white and all interior doors in the house are black. This faucet is definitely a statement piece that I’ve gotten numerous compliments on. The pot filler part is super convenient, but you just have to get used to it being there. Make sure it’s hovering over your sink b/c that’s where the water comes out of as soon as you turn it on.

All parts are built to last - from the base and nut holding the faucet to the counter, to the spray arm and nozzle. Very well built. I only wish the pot filler did not occasionally drip when locked on to the spray nozzle. Look forward to many years using this product.

This is a wonderful Faucet

I bought my around 4 years ago I have been very happy with the product but right now is dripping. I need to know where to buy a replacement cartridge ASAP. Can someone help me with this matter please? Thanks!

Very nice and different fancy

This faucet is a BEAST! I had it installed two weeks ago and it is beautiful and functions quite well. It is durable and very well made, you can tell the faucet is high quality when you pick it up! It has a weighty solid construction and gorgeous design. Even the packaging is great. My girlfriend liked it so much that she actually tried to talk me into installing it in her kitchen! I wanted something commercial and different, so I did my research and when I saw this from Vigo I knew this was the faucet for my kitchen. I also purchased the Vigo soap dispenser which compliments the faucet very well. The only draw-back is that since this faucet is such high quality and durable, I would recommend installing on a granite top sink (which this faucet is really made for), maybe a porcelain sink, or a thick commercial grade aluminum sink. Other than that I've had no issues and the faucet has an absolutely stunning personality in the kitchen! It should have it's on social security number! Keep it up Vigo!

Excellent only problem is the strainer basket thread is not very good problems threading drain pipe to it.

This is the third faucet we have purchased from Vigo and we have not been let down yet! This is a large and heavy duty quality commercial faucet. The design is complementary to any home and the sprayer is incredible. The clip feature on the sprayer allows us to rinse fruit and vegetables hands free. We love how tall the faucet is and the ease of use.

This is frankly a beautiful faucet. It is large, bold, and heavy. It feels like an industrial faucet, versus just looking like one. Had some problems shortly after installation with cold water delivery, but Vigo team was excellent in helping resolve problem. I could not be happier with the product's look, performance and the technical support.

Installed a month ago with a kithcen remodel. It's a show stopper! Everyone who comes over admires it, and so do we. My husband and myself installed in very little time with ease. The quality is superb and the water pressure is the best on the market. Would buy again if needed
