Overall quality of this faucet is great. It feels just as solid as it looks. I'd recommend this faucet to anyone looking for a faucet that really stands out in their kitchen. The only issue we ran into was the sprayer gradually came loose with use. Easy fix though - went to the hardware store and got a small rubber washer, unscrewed the sprayer - popped on the washer and tightened it back up - never an issue again.

I bought this for my kitchen remodel, it adds a lot of style to my new kitchen. I didn't knew the brand but it surprised me when it arrived it surpassed my expectations.

I bought this kitchen faucet about a month ago, and I was certainly not disappointed when it arrived. I have previously installed Vigo faucets in our bathrooms, and was quite impressed with the quality of the hardware. The hardware is solid metal, and even the mounting hardware is devoid of any plastic parts at all. If you're looking for a classy, modern faucet that will stand the test of time, you can't do better than a Vigo. 5 stars all the way.

I just bought not too long ago great product

I bought this faucet a couple of weeks ago, and installed it myself after the kitchen was remodeled. Now, with a deeper sink, and the height of this faucet, I can wash anything and everything I need to! It's great, highly recommend

Less than a week in and was experiencing the cold water intermittently not working at all... for hours at a time, zero flow. Called their troubleshooting line and they had me remove the little blue check valve that's just inside the cold water inlet. So far so good, everything's working and facet looks good and works good. I'm happy and it was an easy fix.

Love the design but after installing , the faucet leaked Just above where the stem meets the hot and cold leaver. Waiting on a reorder.. fingers crossed.

Well made, functional and attractive. I bought this faucet for my greenhouse sink and love it so much that I want one in my kitchen also! My plumber said that it was easy to install and well made!

This is a beautiful faucet. It has great water pressure, and I love the dual features of the sprayer and pot filler. The only negative thing I have to say is that the directions aren't the greatest - and that's coming from my plumber who installed it. Other than that, perfect faucet!!

My husband installed this, and for a moment, there was some adjusting where there was water leakage out of the pot-filler when water was cold and I had the sprayer on. But when I turned to hot water and sprayer, the leaking in the pot-filler stopped. We thought about sending back, but we decided to keep using it, and somehow, the leak stopped and hasn't come back, so we are very happy about that. The sprayer works great. So far, there has been not problems for the 3 weeks we've been using it. Seems to be well made.

A welcome addition to the island. My only complaint is it drips a little now after you turn it off and it didn't do that in the beginning. I'm hoping it's an adjustment I can make to fix it.

I have had this faucet for 6 years now and It has held up very well. My only complaint is that the sprayer valve has a plastic tip that broken off about 2-3 years ago. I was able to fix with some epoxy. I had broken off again and is now showing significant ware. I need to get a replacement part and I'm hoping that the company provides this. Our plumber installed this a couple of weeks ago along with a Starstar 40/60 sink. They have made a huge improvement in how our kitchen operates.

I installed this faucet in our house a few months ago, it's been great. This product is heavy brass and very substantial. The sprayer is great, the spout was a bit short for our sinks, but a swivel aerator fixed the issue, and I see there are extension spouts available. I've since bought another Vigo faucet for the laundry sink! As a plumbing contractor I would recommend this faucet to friends.

We bought this for our remodel. Lots of compliments on how big and deep the sink is.

I installed it yesterday. Easy with the right wrench. It's a pleasure to use and my wife loves it. It's her Christmas present.

Great product so far no problems. The only suggestion I would make would be to include a flat wrench to attach hoses under the sink. It was a very tight spot but once I got it tightened properly, everything worked fine.

We just put ours to work, so far it is very good. Exactly how it is described in the website. VIGO takes good care of the packing too. The faucet feels heavy and the black part is plastic (but I'm fine with it). The size of the Soap dispenser container is standard (and I need something bigger), but just connected a long hose directly to a big Soap gallon container sitting inside the cabinet, that will last few months. Very happy with this purchase

First pull down faucet I own and I can say that I am in love with it, great construction, beautiful looking, great quality you can feel when you touch it, in fact I got more than I expected.

I've bought two of these....which means I've paid the plumber twice now to install this. It keeps breaking at the hose connection. Very poorly designed in that area. Real shame, because otherwise it's a beautiful set.

We love this classic and sturdy looks.. perfect for my kitchen ..i had a plumber did the job for me to make sure it's done right.. highly recommended .. no regrets for me

I just bought this faucet a week ago or so. So far I love it! It looks great, and feels very sturdy. This was my first time changing out a faucet and it was super easy! I'm really impressed with the quality as well! The only reason I give it 4 stars not 5 is because my sprayer had a small leak from a defective part, which I'm sure was just luck of the draw. I called Vigo for a replacement and they were very very helpful, gave me no trouble, and have sent a new one out 2 day delivery. I would definitely recommend this faucet, it's a great deal.

Positives: This was the second faucet of this style I purchased for a new house. I love the style and heavy-duty functionality. I love having a 2 faucet set up with out a pull out. The press button on the sprayer was no longer working and I called customer service and they sent me a whole new sprayer, no problem. Downsides: I wish the straight arm faucet were 2-3 inches longer as I get water on the back of the sink often when washing dishes. Be sure to use plumber's tape or putty because the sprayer leaks if not installed properly.

We remodeled our kitchen in our modern home and the Vigo faucet was a great choice - the stainless finish looks great, and it has a modern, commercial look while still being useful in a residential application. We get a lot of compliments on the faucet, and we are really happy with how it functions.

I bought this recently and LOVE it! Love the appearance, functionality and the sturdiness.

We've had this faucet for a little over 3 years and have contacted their cust. serv. over 7 times for replacement parts. Jay Estrada, a cust. serv. rep. has told me I now have to take the faucet apart for the 5th time (his 3 other recommendations proved not to work) and take out the diverter valve which he says, "It should definitely work". It did not solve the issues of very low water pressure, low flow and pulsing flow out of the pot filler. I have responded to him to please send me a new faucet, a prepaid shipping label and $200 to pay for a plumber to re-install the new faucet. We'll see ?
