This is my second Vornado fan. It was purchased to augment the floor model Vornado that I’ve already got placed in my garage. The temps in our garage have a tendency to go over 100 degrees F without the fan(s), as our garage is without windows and has only the lift door for an opening. That tends not to work well in Florida Panhandle summer temps, without having added circulation. The Vornado fans are good quality, actually move the air nicely, and run quietly. They’re worth the investment.

I would rate this fan 10 stars if I could. This fan is very very quiet. I had my previous two Vornado fans for over 12 years each and used them every night so that shows how durable and long lasting they are.

This fan is a power house and is great in our bedroom. The frame and fan are heavy duty…the craftsmanship screams quality. Out of the box, the fan took less than 10 minutes to assemble. It moves the air well and has a wonderful hum that puts me right to sleep.

Always the best brand! The only one I buy the ones I have lasted four years! Only problem I’ve ever had is if I drop my break and myself.

I’ve had Vornado fans for 20+ years. The quality of this new fan is not as good as the older models. Is a bit louder as well.

Purchased this fan to replace a Lasko Tower Fan in our 2 car garage. Focused on this fan because it is made in the USA. A bit pricey, but well worth it. We assembled it at the lower level (28") and it really does an excellent job of moving air in a hot garage. I tried using the 12" pole extension to the 40" height, but found that the fan seemed a bit top heavy. So, we settled at 28" height. Only have the fan 24 hours and it lowered the garage temps by 5-7 degrees during the hot Florida weather. Keeps the car cool and me when I am working in the garage. You cannot go wrong buying this one!

I bought my 1st 783 2 months ago. I just ordered 2 more the other day. The way the fan circulates air around the room is amazing and it's not loud at all. It's extremely powerful and the air is noticeably cooler. It's perfect for the bedroom, the hum of the fan on high drowns out most of the outside noises and makes for some good long uninterrupted sleep. Sleep is so good I bought a total of 3 of these, one for each bedroom. I highly recommend this fan.

There is no better brand. It is extremely powerful, even at the low setting. THIS THING BLOWS!

So happy that I bought this fan. It’s pricey, but worth it in my opinion. Just wish it was oscillating.

Nice fan. It moves the air quite well...even on low speed. I use this fan in a ~240 sq ft living room. I would prefer that it offered a variable speed but not having that feature does NOT make it a deal breaker. It gets a bit loud when set at full blast, though the low setting is all i really need. I would absolutely recommend this fan.

This is the best fan, but im on my 3rd in the past 10 years because the plastic parts that keep the grill on the fan break too easily.

I bought this for my mom and sister who moved into a house without air conditioning. They said it provides so much relief from the outside heat. It has great circulation and quality.

I just got the 783 delivered today. Was so excited to put together. Quality is impeccable and the power of the breeze is awesome! I recommend this product I am very happy with this product.

It is satisfactory. Surprisingly less blowing power than my 7503
