Perfect replacement part for a DIY project.

Part arrived in a week and was what I ordered.

The cord worked well. I didnt use the pulley wheels and retained the original ones because the cord made a horrendous screeching sound when opening/clsoing the door. There was a groove in the new pulley wheels that wasn't in originals.

1 inch shorter than the original. Impossible to install.

It's garbage. It broke after 3 weeks! The plastic piece that attaches to the spring snapped.

Exact part. Fit easily and correctly. Works great.

Fit and work perfectly

The cord was was the correct length, and worked well. The provided pulleys squeaked so much, I ended up using the original ones. In theory, the new ones should have worked better, since there were 2 idler rollers, instead of one on the original parts. Weird.

Fits Kitchenaid from 2004 pretty perfectly. The new plastic pulley part made a bit of noise so I left the old plastic and original grease in and just replaced one broken cord and one not broken preemptively. Works like the day it was installed. Recommend.

Just like what came out--length and material of the cables was the same as what was in there. I didn't replace the pulleys as they were still OK, but I replaced both sides of the cable (only one broke) so I wouldn't have to go back in again for a while. Good quality parts, fit well and properly. Hold up door well, and it no longer creaks like it did before (Bonus!). Done in 5 minutes, once I detached the copper water line before I could pull the dishwasher out.

Perfect replacement for my dishwasher.

When I replaced the old parts with these, the dishwasher door was making a lot of noise. The problem the wheels were not turning. I exchange the wheels because the old were intact and the problem solved.

This balance kit was compatible as described with my KitchenAid KUDS01FLSS3, albeit slightly different in shape. However, they were incredibly noisy! You'll want to liberally apply silicone grease to the ropes and axles before installing these. I also tried silicone lubricant, graphite dry lubricant, and soap. None of those were sufficient to avoid the noise.

It works well so far.

The replacement matched the original and I had no problems installing. I’m glad the replacement included two ropes. While only one had broken, the other was getting ready to break so I replaced that one, too, of course. I re-coated the ropes with vaseline to quiet the noise and the door now works like new!
