These regulations have been decreasing over time and apply to all brands. If you are comparing this product to a previous shower head that had little to no restrictions on the flow rate, you will notice a difference. Cheap. Plastic. Terrible water pressure. Only thing I like is the adjustable arm. I'm returning this tomorrow.

If you ever have an issue with our shower head, we can open a very simple warranty claim. I like that the shower head is large and has the rain fall effect. I also like the ability to bring the shower head down lower. The part I do not like is the water pressure. There is only one area on the shower head that has great pressure and it is the very center. Otherwise the rainfall is just ok. I am looking for more prressure.

Easy installation, surprisingly light construction. Was not expecting it to be molded out of plastic but upon reflection on the amount of weight cantilevered and hinged it seems practicable. Works as advertised, staying in the position selected so I have no complaints. Will reserve further judgment dependent on how long that feature lasts and its durability.
