Love my new electric grill work great on the deck

For electric it's fast heating and cooking. Steaks and hamburgers taste great

We moved to a townhouse where only electric grills are allowed. High quality built and easy to use. It doesn’t have a temperature gauge on its lid. I bought one and placed it inside the grill. It does get to 600F in about 15 minutes in the summer.

It is very well made and heats up to a good searing temperature.

Great BBQ… food tastes amazing… it’s fast and creates great grill marks. I love it

Great little grill. I give the Q2400 4 stars because it should come with a temp gage. It’s a small but important item that is on other Q models. Why it’s not included on the electric model I don’t know. Have used Weber product for many years. I have high expectations for their products.

FANTASTIC GRILL!!! Never thought I'd go electric, but there are rarely more than four of us eating outdoor yummies and my weather situation preludes me from using propane (blows out) or burning charcoal/wood (fire hazard in my area). Well done guys!

Excellent Electric Grill better and larger than the smaller one I have had

Had to go electric due to new townhome rules. Was searching for a viable option. This grill is working out just fine.

the grill works surprisingly well altho iam accustomed to a gas grill. Cleaning is more of an issue than propane which I usually heated to clean. I find this much more complex and do not like the inner unit, which is involved to keep clean

This grill was put into storage after my father-in-law died, it was about 16 months old at the time. I took it out of storage (after the grill was just over two years old- now out of warranty) and went to use it- seems like either the element or controller failed. This unit was barely used by my father-in-law.

This electric grill met and exceeded expectations. It’s perfect for dwellings that prohibit propane grills. Grills foods nicely and it is easy to maintain the unit. Highly recommend!

Exceeds all expectations. I was worried I would not be hot enough. It heats hotter than my prior cookers did.

Overall the grill worked well with Salmon, burgers, and kebabs. Even heating, and no flareups from oil moving through the pan. W'ere cleaning it after every use, and I'm able to bring it in when we are not using it. Wish it had a thermometer though, got used to that on my propane weber

I was pleasantly surprised at how much an electric grill could make the food taste like my previous propane bbq. I didn't have to check for propane nor move that heavy tank around. Just plug it in an start cooking.

This is the second grill like this that I have owned, I had the first one for 7 years and the only reason I got another one is that the old one blew over on my terrace in a storm and cracked. I use the grill 12 months a year and love it

I purchased this new Weber and have yet been able to use it. It came with a dysfunction in starting (continues to trip all my power outlets). I was sent a new piece and still doesn't work. I now have to call back. Shouldn't have to spend multiple days on the phone/trouble shooting/replacing the parts on a brand new item. $$$ spent on a Weber

I have enjoyed the Q2400 for one to one and one half years. I bought it because it appeared that everything would be replaceable. Then it stopped heating. I bought a replacement element ($50-75). Didn't work. Then I bought the electric controller ($160). Didn't work. I tried customer service and got a chatbox that after my explanation asked me if I wanted to purchase another one. I used it frequently, and would have been happy if it worked after the purchases, etc.

Kind of disappointed. I have the smaller version of this model - and we LOVE IT. the Q2400does not seem to get as HOT making grilling steaks the way we like them impossible. Other than that, it works fine for other things.

I had a problem with this grill. When I communicated with the company, they were quick to respond and quickly resolved the problem. Nice company to work with!

I had to change from a gas BBQ to the electric grill because of moving to an apartment and I have been pleasantly surprised by its overall performance. It heats up well even in the winter and cooks much like a gas grill. For larger pieces of chicken, a half chicken for example, I have to turn it over to get it completely brown and crisp but that is fine. Overall extremely pleased and the quality of the materials is exceptional.

Work beyond my expectations purchase a smoke box to go with my grill and the combo works great

Great for apartment or condo lifestyle that doesn’t allow gas or charcoal grills. This unit works great. Takes a little longer to hit the high heat but once it does, it sears steaks and any other meat. Easy to clean up.

We had the gas version of this grill at our home and loved it. We recently downsized to a 7th floor condo so could only have electric grill. Bought this electric grill and love it just as much. Love Weber grills. So easy to use!!
