Perfect for my backyard string lights. Now I can light up the yard without having to walk to the outlet in the back corner.

I was looking for a remote switch to turn on my shop vac when I using different woodworking equipment in my shop. This is a excellent, heavy duty, duplex outlet and the key fob woulds perfectly. I'll be getting a few more for my outdoor lights.

The Westek remote outlet switch works great for controlling my shop vac and was half the price of the old RCV unit that failed after 5 years. Hoping this device has a long life.

Works like a charm! I love this gadget, it’s even water proof my 2 yr old daughter tested it out when she was watering the plants! Why buy buy the expensive stuff when this works just as good!

This remote worked great the first month, but now it won’t come on or go off without pushing the button multiple times. Will be looking for something better!

A little bit after a year from purchase, the cable started to be permanently switched on regardless of its state, essentially becoming a 1 ft extension cord.

Apparently the battery was week. Keyfob quit with a few uses. Seems ok with new battery.

Remote failed after two days of use. Really upset with this purchase. Would want at least a replacement.

A simple yet perfect solution that had perplexed me for a long time. This relatively inexpensive plug-in device does exactly what we need for it to do, and it works exactly as it should

Nice! I bought this for wood dust collection. This allows 15 amps which is the limit of my service where I need this so... perfect! There's not much I can say about this except it looks well made and worked every time I tried it. I like that light on the remote indicates when a button is pushed and I also like that the light on the adapter stays on while the plug is active. FYI... The light on the plug/adapter is also a switch which can activate the plug or shut it off. I like that too.

The product worked fine and made it convenient to turn exterior Christmas lights on and off easily. The remote control device is cheaply made and the chain separated almost immediately and the attachment ring is just a small split ring. The product arrived in in a completely undamaged package but the face plate of the remote was cracked across the buttons although it still worked.

This receiver was purchased to replace an indoor unit for a halogen floor lamp. I found this outdoor unit to be less expensive than the indoor units available and thought it would be heavier duty and would last longer; this has been the case. The unit is heavy duty and works flawlessly. Excellent

Got this for a dust collection system in a shop. Allows me to start and stop the system remotely while working projects. Works exactly as advertised and is awesome.
