[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a commercial washer for my home because I heard they were durable and easy to repair. Looking forward to years of use.

It was the only unit that said it was commercial. I am counting on that it will be able to handle lots of loads of laundry for longer than ordinary household washers. I was disappointed that it doesn't have a bleach dispenser, yet you can't fill with some water first (top locks) and mix in the bleach. I had to order this online since it wasn't available in the store, so didn't see this before purchasing.

Driver arrived 2 hours late, dumped the washer and gave me no time to unpack and inspect. By the time I had a chance to unpack it and hook it up I discovered it had a leak. After my 48 hour window. NOT HAPPY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are hard working ranch owners and we get dirty. We bought a new HE machine and I found myself adding water to the drum by bucket fulls. It just did not have enough agitation and water depth to get the dirt out. This machine does! This machine is not the quietest I ever owned but the job it does at cleaning our jeans and even blankets, is worth it. It has an HE setting for smaller loads (as it does not have load size settings) and only fills about 1/2 of the drum. I love this machine and am very glad I bought it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Basic well made commercial washer. Not flashy. Functional, built well. A little noisy but washes cloths well. If you are looking for a washing machine that gets the job done without all the bells and whistles, I would highly recommend this washing machine.

Whirlpool washer is fantastic. Just like the old school washers. It JUST washes the clothes!

Sorry to say this model @Whirpool Commercial Washing Machine was a huge disappointment. This was not anything on Home Depot as their customer service department was excellent in getting replacement and repairs. First time using machine it shook so bad had to shut off and call Home Depot to request a replacement which they did. Second machine worked for one week before violently clunking and squealing and finally stopped working. Home Depot called Whirlpool and they sent out a repairman and found transmission and drive belt had disintegrated. They ordered replacement parts and installed a week later. How long this machine will last?

3 months in the inside rusted warranty did replace it You can not open the lid because it stays lock at all times and when you push the the pause button you gotta wait 2 to 10 min before it stops the process then wait another couple of min before the release unlocks. majority time when I put my fabric softener I have to restart the whole cycle because the original water drains out and you have to put it on rinse & spin so I have lost the original water and have use another cycle of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a builder decision. only recently used, but so far so good. Not used to dryer sheets only, recommended for this unit, but liquid does work in the wash, and i need to use up the 2 gallons i already had. So far it works okay in the wash.

This more than satisfied our needs for a replacement washer. We had an unusual tight spot that required a washer of this depth. It has more than done its job and should provide us many years of service. The delivery men were very professional and friendly and had the installation done in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful workhorse of a washing machine. There seem to be so few good quality top load washers, so this was a jewel in the rough. I've had it for about 4 or 5 months and it has been working very well with no issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fills to full tub, washes great on eco. It doesn’t have fabric softener dispenser or clorox dispenser. It is very sturdy, but the best thing about it is it semms to self balance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and the matching commercial dryer. Love the washer and dryer. They are heavy duty, and I like the simplicity of the buttons/dials. Easy to operate and built to last. Hoping to have many more years of use.

Within 24 hours of using this washing machine it started leaking water from the bottom. It can still be used but we have constant puddles on the floor. We were instructed by Home Depot to call Whirlpool. They would not replace it and instead told us we had to make a service appointment. Have to wait 3.5 weeks for service to come. Whirlpool has the worst customer service. Machine itself is good but a new machine should not have this problem. I would give it a higher rating except for getting a defective machine.

After purchasing 3 substandard machines in the past 5 years, I decided to purchase a commercial grade washer. It was a little more expensive, but definitely worth it.

simple commercial grade machine, needed a 26 in. Wide to get it down into the basement, very satisfy with this purchase
