[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this about three weeks and love it so far. The only thing that has proved worthless is the fresh clean self cleaning with the water. It didn’t remove much of anything. Otherwise would be five stars this far

I do like my range, it has many excellent qualities but I'm starting to think its dangerous. I just found a knob turned on, leaking gas for the umpteenth time. With normal movement around my kitchen I have bumped into the knobs and turned it on just a little. Thank goodness natural gas stinks. I wonder if there could be a fix for this.

WHAT A DISASTER! I bought the Whirlpool gas range model WFG775H0HZ2-It says self cleaning. Once delivered I have learned that they call it Aqua lift clean system. Its supposed to clean your oven in 40 minutes on low temperature. And you have to add a cup and a half of water to the bottom before turning self clean on. The door doesn't even lock. I ran this "SELF CLEAN CYCLE" 5 Times, and the oven is still dirty. What garbage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy about not getting an owners manual. Turned oven on for 1st time it smoked terrible. Had to look up on utube to figure out how to preheat the oven for the 1st time. Adding this tip to new customers would prove very helpful so you can pre treat the oven before you use it. Unlike myself who was ready to bake dinner and had to wait an extra hour or more for the smoke to settle and preheat the right way according to utube. This was a big problem in my eyes. That why a owners manual would come in handy. Or a detailed set up guide with the stove. Also I'm still not sure how to use the convection oven. No owners manual to read up on how to use.

I really like me new stove, but am having a hard time trying to get the manual on how to use the stove. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. There should be an easier way to get the manual.

Love 5 burners, continuous hinged grate, but wish it had lift out drip pans like my old one did, even though it also had sealed burners. It’s difficult to get this black looking nice. Love the oven with so many choices for rack levels. I’ve used both the frozen pizza & convection oven with no problem. However, I am very unhappy that the owner’s manual wasn’t included & had to be accessed online! Not please with timer sounds. It is so quiet it really doesn’t get you attention in the room, let alone another room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting used to gas yet and its nimble responsiveness but really like the frying, baking and roasting results on this babe. Have used the wider racks to fit two cookie sheets per and it has up to 3 levels which was Christmas dinner crazy handy. Just be aware when you add several dishes to bake at once it sucks alot of heat too. Only, think is the lower pan drawer doesn't seem to close flush.
