Word to the wise. First, before doing anything...get some clear tape (I used packing tape and cut strips) and cover over the printed labelling on the control knobs. If you don't this immediately, all the lettering/indicators will be gone with a simple wipe/cleaning. If you don't do this FIRST, using the triple and double burners will be difficult to determine accurate cooking temps once the printing is worn off. Second, the touch screen is nice, but, don't dare touch it to clean/wipe while you are baking anything or it will clear current settings. Set your oven and leave the mess until your cooking/baking is done! Lastly, look closely at the features you want, before buying. We thought this unit had your typical SCORTCH oven cleaning cycle...NOT! It has a useless low temp aqua cleaning cycle that really isn't helpful. You add a couple of cups of water to the bottom of the oven and run the cycle. It's meant to add moisture and heat and aid in manually cleaning the oven. I prefer the regular type of self cleaning oven cycles we have had for many years. So far these are 3 of my pet peeves regarding this model of range and we have only had it for a couple of months. The 'smart' portion of this oven has a long way to go before actually being beneficial to your cooking needs (for instance, add cameras to monitor the oven compartment) Far more beneficial to see what's going on with your food than setting baking temps and cooking methods. I still have to get up and go to the range to monitor my oven cooking. Other than that, it cooks and it bakes as any range should.

We bought this stove in January of 2022. I like using the convection for baking. Unfortunately one day my son was actually doing the responsible thing and loading the dishwasher located immediately to left of the stove. A plate hit the glass control panel on top of the stove and shattered the entire thing. It worked for a little while after we put plastic shipping tape over it, to prevent the glass from chipping away especially on the sides. Unfortunately it didn't last long. The entire glass top collapsed and I was not able to use the oven only stove top. Prices for parts were insane. Also there is staining from under the glass top stove that showed up after a yeaof use.

We bought this oven in Dec 2019, and have been away most of the time since. Just used it for a turkey (probably the fifth or sixth use of the oven). The turkey spattered grease and made a mess, so I used the aqua clean "self clean" to clean it up. Horrible - as bad as before I ran it. And the manual says to only use Affresh Kitchen cleaner if needed. THAT gets horrible reviews, and is out of stock everywhere. Must be owned by Whirlpool. Also, knobs for the range are difficult to see and use. What a mistake it was to buy this range! This photo is what it looked like AFTER cleaning! Looks like several class action suits have been (rightfully) filed.

AVOID THIS RANGE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I’ve had my range for less than 6 months. Grease is trapped between the panels of glass on the window of the door and cannot be removed with cleaning. When I called for a service call, I was told that is the design of the range and “sometimes that happens.” If I want the grease removed, I have to pay for a technician to unassembe door and clean the glass!

The sunset burst color is attractive and a warm tone. Besides the color, nothing else about this electric range is attractive. The bottom drawer is not easy to open and constantly jams shut. Within a few days, the words on the control dials wore off. (see attached photo) Now we don’t even know where the range top settings are! The computer component settings often don’t work. One has to click on the arrows or other icon settings more than once to set the timer or to turn the oven settings on or off, with repeated failures and needing to start from the beginning. Buyer beware!

After having the oven for less than 3 months, the high/medium/low markings on the range knobs wore off. We had a technician come out for two of the burners not working, and while he was here we asked about replacing the knobs. He said they weren’t covered under warranty due to that being cosmetic (apparently not knowing what temperature your cooking at is okay and not a safety concern to Whirlpool). The aqua lift feature is a JOKE. I tried a few months after we got the oven, and it did not even remotely lift any dirt from the bottom. It literally was cold and didn’t lift anything. Our oven is absolutely disgusting now because I have no idea how to clean it. The cleaning feature doesn’t work, and you aren’t supposed to use any chemicals. We’ve had the oven for a little over the year, and the electric has having an issue. Some days I need to start the oven three times for it to actually work and begin heating.

Since the original instillation in 2019, this model has been a mistake and a major problem. Within a month the oven stopped working. Under service contract, I had booked a service appointment. I was told that the unit was 'wired wrong at the factory' and had melted multiple parts in the back. I was told it was very lucky this had not started a fire. Thinking it was a fluke, we kept the model with replacement parts and it continued to work well for quite awhile. A year later on new years eve, the element blew. Took weeks to get a service appointment and then another two weeks to get a replacement element. The same thing happened two more times since instillation. Once we were told by the service tech that we should not use the air fryer function as he had repaired many elements that had blown when trying to use this feature. Keep in mind, we used this feature after it was promoted by the Whirlpool app itself. Two more times since instillation (a total of 3 times) we have lost power to the bake element that leaves it at a max temp of 275-300. Each time we have service techs out to help, and each time it has been a wire harness in the back malfunctioning. Most recently, the malfunction caused an arc and melted a number of other wires in the back. Contacted Whirlpool and was told that since it had been x amount of years since purchase it didn't matter that it was a current safety concern, even with an extensive repair log always completed by Whirlpool contracted service techs. Per Whirlpool, these parts were not covered under any warranty. I have purchased multiple Whirlpool products and have never had any issues this extensive, so I was willing to extend good faith that this was a faulty model and hoped Whirlpool would accept accountability for that. They have not. As other reviews mention, the knobs labeling does come off fairly quickly, but more concerningly the covering peels off and leaves an extremely sharp edge. I discovered this one day when I went to turn off my burner and sliced my finger deep enough to require two stitches. At the time I chalked it up to someone in the house picking at it and not admitting it, but then a different knob began peeling when I was home alone. While I truly do love the ability to turn on the oven remotely, this has not been worth the major safety concerns and near constant functional issues that have come with this oven. Half the time the wifi connection doesn't even work anymore, or will tell me it failed to connect when it really has turned the oven on. Each element pop and functioning issue happened around the heaviest use of the wireless turn on feature. Please, for the sake of your sanity and safety, avoid this model.

I'm searching for the touch screen glass replacement any places I can get one?

Very disappointed that there is no true self-cleaning feature on this stove. I would not have purchased it at all. The quickly steam clean with water in the bottom is a joke. The sides are all greasy and hard to clean. I cook a great deal and this is unacceptable to me. I may even change the stove because of it. I deep clean my oven four times a year and I feel as if I am reduced to cleaning it on my hands and knees. Just ridiculous. I want someone to let me know how to clean this thing. Don't but it until you get an answer to this question.

Oven Blew an element and also took out the control board at the same time. Still waiting for warranty parts and the warranty company to come and fix. For a 2000.00 oven this is a big fail in my book. I would not buy, stay away!! Has been over a month and still no eta on parts Very disappointing

Just as a previous reviewer stated - "Smart features do not work". I purchased 3 weeks ago, read the manual 3 times (only states that it is sensitive -no trouble shooting) and am still experiencing trouble getting the oven's control panel to work properly. Saying that the touchscreen is glitchy is an understatement. It hesitates to respond. I wipe it with a dry napkin to clear away any skin oils, but still have to wait 30 seconds or so to try again- to no avail. I have to keep trying back until it decides to work. I have managed to make 3 meals using the oven - one of which I was unable to 'cancel' the timer for an hour. My family and I are beyond frustrated. - haven't even bothered with the wifi ... My family is not happy that I decided to purchase this stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for almost 6 months now and it’s a good oven that looks really nice. I like that it can connect to your home WiFi and had the ability to be operated remotely when you’re away from home. I have noticed it takes longer than average for things to bake and I wish the clock/time feature would sync automatically with it being connected to the internet but overall it’s a good product.

I love this range, it’s awesome. There are a couple design flaws you should be aware of.The touchscreen has some issues in that when you clean the stove, you will be making it go crazy. It could reset itself (shows the “Whirlpool” booting screen) and resets.Also, once I have had to hard reset (flip the circuit breaker) to get the touchscreen to work again and have the stove connect to the WiFi.

I purchased this electric range as part of a four piece "suite" of kitchen appliances from Whirlpool, because I loved their new Sunset Bronze color. Although the types of models & sizes were limited, I was satisfied with what Whirlpool had available. My main disappointment with this particular electric range, is the poorly conceived placement of the console which controls the oven, & all of the computerized data needed to operate it. The entire console went "dark" & disabled the oven, & all of the features connected with it's use. If this had happened on Thanksgiving, or any day that company was expected, it would have been even more aggravating. This is a BRAND NEW stove. I would advise anyone contemplating purchasing this particular stove to look elsewhere. This is a bad choice & a very bad design. Even when the console is operational, every time you accidentally touch it, it goes on, so you're constantly checking to make sure everything is shut off when not in use. This is a VERY POOR DESIGN. Form isn't any good when function doesn't work!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and replaced all appliances with Whirlpool, love all of them. Only problem is the Aqua Clean for the oven, IT DOES NOT WORK after using for Christmas and New Year's went to clean the oven and it's horrible to clean the system is useless and doesn't work. Hard to get to the back of oven inside. Other than the cleaning Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my stove for almost a month. More features than I will probably use but glad to know I can access them. The stove/oven are easy to use. Glass cleaner works best for keeping cooktop clean. I had difficulty connecting the stove to Wi-Fi and the clock was not keeping time properly. I called Customer Care and the two issues were connected. The technician took care of my issues remotely. It was a positive experience.
