These appliances are so expensive they should last much longer than three to five years. They look nice but are very poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought in August. By end of September it was broken. I would give negative stars if possible. Very disappointed in warranty service. So disappointed that i went and bought a completely new washer and dryer set. If i could return this i would but store was sll sales are finsl no returns. So it will sit in my shed until i figure out what to do with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love LOVE my new Whirlpool dryer!! It is so quiet !! And the drum is big enough to put my king sized comforter in and it actually dries all the way through without wet spots. My old dryer would take at least two cycles to dry completely. The Whirlpool dryer actually finished drying it before the timer went off!! I love the light inside so I can see how things are moving. I have not used many of the setting buttons yet but I’d they work like the rest of the options I have chosen, there will be no complaints and only praise. Thank you for a great product.

I am able to dry 2sets of queen sheets together with all the cases, and they are less wrinkled, and separated! I haven’t used the steam setting yet, but otherwise it’s wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fairly easy to use, however, I find even it being a larger drum, sometimes clothes are more wrinkled than our last Whirlpool dryer. I haven't fully figured out all the features, but sometimes it doesn't dry for as long as I set it..probably a dry sensor that I would disable.
