It works great,simpler than the milescraft.and better built.

Very easy to use. My first attempt (shelf unit) came out nice. I just wish it came with the drill bits, so I could keep it separate from my drill bit set.

Have been using biscuits years. Tried this dowel jig and was surprised at its accuracy for joining straight edges. A little difficult to use because it has to be moved after each drill hole. Bought a second dowel kit and it works much easier. The depth stops are not reliable, buy a set of split style depth stops as they are much easier to use and more dependable.

This kit is inexpensive and yet well-constructed for the money spent. I successfully completed the project that this tool was intended for and board edge alignment was right on.

Jig does not center holes on end of boards. Appears to be designed for metric thicknesses. I returned the unit and bought a different jig.

A little clumsy, but I was able to finish my project with this tool.

Tried others before but this beats all. Both holes line up, hard not to. It holds the work together so nothing moves. Very impressed..

Did the job. This was for a one time project so price was important. Lost one star because depth collar did not stay positioned on drill bit.

I bought this unit and started to use it. All went well until it was time to put the planks together. The holes didn't match in distance from the wood's surface. This made the finished project look like a stair instead of a cutting board. Great idea and it would be good if it wasn't cheaply built.
