finished a concrete floor. applied epoxy paint and top coated with 3 layers of ZEP high-traffic polish. you will see a high shine and finish after the first application. Apply per the instructions. It dries fairly quickly and then you can apply a second, third, fourth coat. If for some reason you need to remove, use a alkaine floor stripper and then reapply the High-Traffic floor polish. Will be reducing my 2 car garage soon. NOTE: if you spill something on the floor that distorts the finish, simply clean that spot with stripper and reapply. floor stripper can be hazardous, so read warnings and follow instructions.

The gallon was opened and had less than half the solution when I received it at my home.

This is my first use of the product, and I plan to keep using it. I've applied it to a busy section of my company. My eyes were so unbelievable to me. My floor looks as gorgeous and glossy as though it was just put in. I'll tell everyone about this product.

The product went on easily and left a very nice finish. Drying time was as advertised.

It was open when I got it and I have not seen any change to the floor.

Haven’t used this yet because Zep didn’t have instructions for proper cleaning of equipment used nor for disposal of product (trioxyethyl phosphate)

No odor!! Went on smoothly with Behr interior paint pad applicator, dried quickly; needs at least two coats. Some mild spottiness on worn stained concrete floor but would be expected with any floor polish.

Excellent for linoleum tiles. The best one I have used in years. No toxic smell.
