Worked great. Easy install. Fixed my high pressure on my irrigation system.

Seems to be solidly made, reduced the pressure to my sprinklers from 100 down to around 55. It comes with good instructions and troubleshooting info. It comes with a union coupling for one side that makes it a lot easier to install.

It fit the relaced valve. Works well.

ZURN offers this water pressure deducing valve with server different options for union connections, including no connections. Beware that the model sold by HD includes only a SINGLE UNION FNPT CONNECTION. I was replacing the exact model and did not need the unions, but sure could have used two new union gaskets (rubber washers) to replace existing. The union gaskets seem to be an odd size. I visited two plumbing supply houses, including a ZURN distributor, without success.

Had to return it. It just came with one union and one union gasket. Went to Home Depot to get another union for the other side and was told “we don’t sell them”, so I had to go to plumbing store and got another pressure reducing valve with 2 unions.

3/4” pressure reducer doesn’t come with gaskets. Poor manufacturing practice. I went to couple shops still couldn’t find one. So I used other gaskets cut to fit it. For the best it should be made with grooved O ring. It’ll be much easier to install. The one I bought on line was returned because both envelope and package box are torn opened and retapped. Upon inspection the part, joint area has a dent. So I drove 20 miles to get one in shop.

For about 50 more bucks you get a regulator that doesn't deviate more than 3lbs between resting and flow pressure. This model deviates a little over 10 lbs. So if you want 60 lbs of flow pressure set it around 75

Couldn’t get it from leaking. So I went to standard plumbing and got one just like HomeDepoTs except had gaskets built in both ends. To bat though yours 80.00 standard 120.00. Both same name brand should consider caring a better part

Valve worked as expected. It was a drop in fit replacement. Would be nice if it included 2 gaskets/O-rings so that both could be replaced during installation.

I had a Watts that was discontinued and could not buy a replacement cartridge for. I chose this for the reviews and cost along with the idea that a repair kit was available. Be aware that the kit costs nearly twice the price of the full regulator value.

Works great water pressure down from 115 to 50psi! Faucets operate smoothly now.

It works as expected. the threads fit the old 3/4 in nut.

Very expensive product considering scale on which this must be produced. Great quality but its only been less than 2 months so if it fails within 5 years, I'd be disappointed.

This valve is easy to install which is a very big plus, unlike other more expensive valves. One thing I suggest is to clean out the screen at least once every two years and this valve will serve you a long time. Otherwise, look for 10 - 15 years of service then replacement will be needed.
