I bought 4 of these for my house. After 13-14 months of use, this is the second sprayer that the hose pops out of place causing flooding in my bathroom. I called the manufacturer. They tell me there is a one year warranty that they honor only if I had my receipt as proof of purchase. I have a flooded bathroom to fix leaving no time for me to look for a receipt. It's easier to never buy a product made by Bio Bidet

Need a lot pressure from my thumb to open and close the sprayer. So you need to watch out when you close it for no leaking that is the negative part. Also, the temperature of the water always is cold and cannot be regulated. But for the price you cannot complain, have good pressure. The plumber install it very easy and fast. They manufacture company need to solve the problem of the open and close this prayer because with time it is very hard to open it

Best handheld bidet I have bought. I have tried 3 different companies and sprayers. This one is great and the adjustable spray works brilliantly.

I have been used few different handheld sprayers and A1 is by far the BEST! Other handheld models I used didn't have pressure control feature or had a push button type of control which is almost impossible to adjust water pressure. A1 pressure control is easy to use and very effective. I love the dual water sprayer and comfortable handle and extra long hose is also a definite PLUS. This is be far the best handheld unit I have ever used with greatest value.

Instead of spray holder hanging onto the tank cover, can it be screwed to the wall instead (aesthetic only).

I must say this is the best product after trying all the ones possible in the market. It is very well thought and is designed for all body types especially the ones dealing with IBS or any gut issues for an inside out cleansing without having to touch yourself.

I would want the valve to turn on in the opposite direction and I would want a Cutoff at the water source. I have Changed it to my liking. I love the valve!

I made 2 mistakes before using my A1 handheld bidet sprayer for the 1st time. I didn't flush and I used full water pressure. I had leaned forward and positioned the sprayer from the rear before opening the thumb valve. Water with particles of feces sprayed up between my legs. While falling forward I let go of the sprayer which sprayed wet feces all over me and the bathroom. The sprayer whipped around and hit me a few times before I could turn off the water. I had to shower and change my clothes. Then I spent a 2 hours moping up the dirty water and cleaning all the particles of feces off the ceiling, door, walls and vanity. So, before using your A1 bidet sprayer remember to flush and not to use full water pressure.

Very good quality! The on/off switch is perfect as it allows you to adjust pressure properly. Definitely recommend!

tried the "seat" bidet didn't like it! this is great has better control.

I have a problem where my poo is quite sticky and tp and wipes would take forever, make me raw, and still not make me clean. Sometimes I would have to flush 3 or 4 times. Since I've installed BioBidet handheld my life has changed. No more bleeding or rawness. No more wiping forever. No more dirty underwear. And now I am compliant with my building's no wipes rule. Life can get better

So far so good! No leaks, super easy install, and easy to use. My only complaint is the water is SO COLD but that has nothing to do with the BioBidet, lol. My tushie is happily clean, and my TP usage has decreased.

Nice even spray!

Fairly easy install, great features and materials. I have seen cheap ones out there for handheld bidet sprays, this one uses heavy stainless steel, and nozzle is well-designed.

IF THE MANUFACTURER WOULD HAVE INSTALLED A CERAMIC VALVE ON THE PRESSURE SWITCH, IT WOULD NOT BE SO DIFFICULT TO ADJUST THE PRESSURE. I HOPE THEY READ THIS COMMENT.

I am not a big fan of toilet paper. Nothing cleans like water. I bought this for the guest bath and it is so easy to install. It works like a charm. No leaks.

Received and installed the product and the sprayer was leaking like a sieve from the trigger. I called HD to either return or exchange and they happily called the manufacturer while I held. I was told that the replacement sprayer was ordered and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. 10 days later, I called HD to find out where the replacement was. The rep could not find any info on record and connected me to the manufacturer, which also had no details on a replacement on record. So, I had to jump through a few hoops to get the replacement ordered. I did finally get the delivery and the new sprayer works fine...so far, only been a few hours since installation. In short, if I received one that worked out of the box the first time, I would have given this 5 stars for function and ease of installation. Since the first one leaked (on a section that was pre-assembled) and I had to jump through hoops, twice, I deducted two stars.

It Has nice chrome finish, two valves to control flow, easy 5 minute instalation, adjustable spray modes, and long enough flexible metalic tube. Connection is 3/8”, which is universal size and replaceable. My only concern is getting use to the top valve adjustment type.

Well designed, but spray handle and spray holster are plastic. All else is metal. One inconvenience: You must shut off the adapter valve under the toilet tank after each use. All-in-all, the system works well.
