I'm on my third replacement toilet seat for this model- they now send you a service manual to open the seat and fix the mechanics yourself most likely because they've had to replace so many of their seats for this toilet. Issues you'll face include Constant leakage to the inside of the bowl Heat and water pressure constantly come in and out Water is now leaking outside the back of the toilet Purchase another toilet or you'll run into constant issues, such a headache during our 3 year ownership

I bought this a month ago, a great purchase.

We went through multiple toilets that were very difficult to install not only that but unbelievably terrible quality that malfunctions. This toilet is definitely worth the money, it has all the features to support elderly adults who cannot use bathroom properly but also has very convenient options for every day use. It is extremely comfortable and easy to use. it is a great purchase and the best quality if you’re looking for this type of toilet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !*

I remodeled the master bedroom bathroom nearly two years ago, and purchased this integrated toilet. It has been used over a thousand times and has worked almost flawlessly. The only problem was an interior hose that came unfastened because the spring clamp may not have been positioned properly, causing water to spray out the back of the toilet. It was easy to fix once I opened the toilet and recognized the problem. Occasionally the auto flush mechanism ceases to work, but that's also easily fixed by unplugging the toilet and replugging it so that it resets. I especially like hygienic advantages of the toilet. The water spray is effective and far superior to using toilet paper. I would definitely buy another toilet, although next time I would opt for the more expensive model with auto-open seat.

Installation went great until I tried flushing it. Flush was very weak, as in not enough to flush urine. Our pressure tank runs between 50-70 psi, which is well within specs. I talked with Tech Support and they had me change some settings and then eventually do a hard reset. After the reset, the remote quit working. I resolved the weak flushing by increasing the water line feeding the toilet with a 3/4" pex line and new larger shutoff valve, replacing a 1/2" pex line that was running to it. This was not recommended by Tech Support. This resolved the flushing issue! Flush is not very strong! I called tech support again regarding the remote and they said they would need to send me a new remote (looking online, this seems to be a common remote issue), which they did promptly. However, now the replacement remote is lost somewhere in the USPS system.... Over a month from purchase and we still don't have a correctly functioning toilet. I will update this review if we ever get a functioning remote.... The Good: * Powerful flush after installing 3/4" pex water line. * Bidet function is nice, but we only have cold water option (not heated), as the remote does not function to turn heat on. The Bad: * Tech support was not helpful in resolving the flushing issue. * Remote is not functional. Replacement remote has been lost in the mail. Remote required for most smart features..

After several trips to Japan, I knew I wanted a bidet toilet for my home. After researching several brands, I decided to purchase the Prodigy from bioBidet. I have only had the prodigy for several weeks but so far we are loving this addition to our master bath. The prodigy was super easy to unpack and install. It took me less than 2 hours for the removal of the old toilet and replacement with the prodigy. The prodigy's features are fantastic and we really love the night light. All wash settings do the job great. The dry function could be improved substantially as it does very little in that department. I believe a stronger fan with more concentrated air near the water nozzle is needed to improve this feature. Overall, I highly recommend!

I have the P700. So no automatic lid opening. That’s fine with me though. The warmer, cleansing functions, night light etc-fantastic. The only let down is the dryer. If you’re in a hurry you’ll need TP to dry off quick. Other than that AMAZING.

This toilet was great for the first few years. After that it started leaking all the time. Customer service is impossilbe to get a hold of. Slow to respond. And you have to pay to send the bidet back so it can be fixed, because they don't have technicians in our area. My guess they don't have technicians anywhere. Stay away and spend your money else where!

I have had my Prodigy for over three years. Its single best quality is the large seat size, making it quite comfortable. Most bidet toilets suffer from smaller than normal seats to allow room for the bidet functions. Unfortunately, the Prodigy has several drawbacks, the most notable of which is the squared off design which all but insures that whether you are a man or woman, you will find yourself frequently cleaning the area if front of the toilet. As the owner of more than one bidet toilet, I find the Prodigy is very noisy. The deodorizer is so loud that I almost never use it. It also has a rather limited supply of hot water and takes a while to reheat it. My other unit is able to supply hot water continuously and you can barely hear the deodorizer. The seat also opens and closes on it own all night long, even though the unit is in a separate toilet room within the bathroom some 15 feet from the bed and around the corner. It has also been necessary to send the unit in for repairs. To the company's credit, their customer service has been great. If only I could say the same about the Prodigy.

I have the Prodigy and about 15 months in, it had leaking issues. Was able to get customer support to send a how to check vent system. Turns out that was the issue, but then the remote stopped working. I asked if I could buy the top part only so my wife who is disabled could still have the bidet, but they had no stand alone units. I have to buy the whole thing to have something for my wife to use and they might get the old one fixed in a month. People rely on these things and it seems like they are not designed for durability or service. I did not keep the boxes and they want me to ship it to them. Poorly designed support. If the remote had a cable to connect, that would have simplified things, but no such luck. I feel like I should have just bought a cheaper bidet because they break so easily apparently.

Bought it several months ago. Right size, elongated style. Color: White. Love it.

I love how much cleaner the toilet and "us" stays. I have never once had issues with it clogging unlike our old toilet which clogged all the time. Auto flush is really nice and I like that you have to option of turning off certain features you don't like as well. For example, I wasn't liking the auto open and close lid feature, so we were able to turn that off. We did have issues with a sensor not working, but customer service was very helpful and very prompt in getting as a new sensor with clear instructions on how to install it.

Posterior cleaning pressure doesn’t thoroughly clean. I have too use toilet paperin the cleaning!

I have used this bidet at the office and thought is was a great product. Now that I am remodeling the bathroom it was the first must have item on the list!

Very pretty, very comfortable, it has all the functions we were looking for. My only negatives are the the toilet is louder than what I am used too, and its remote is too big.

The nozzle keep leaking water, still have the same issue after going through 2 replacements. This is really annoying issue, had to turn off water when toilet not in use. Spent more than $1500 on a toilet and they can't fix the basic leaking issue.

Smart Toilet Bidet System is Efficient, Beautiful, useful and modern!

My grandfather was the first contestant to try this magnificent toilet. 5 minutes in and I heard him yell " THIS FEELS AMAZING and it really gets in there and massages each and every hair on my tush." He loved it so much he got one for all of his friends.

We've a Toto in the master and installed a Prodigy P770 in the second bathroom. Clearly, when it comes to this bidet toilet's "main function", it simply does a much better job.

I think that if this was my first bidet I might have been okay with it. We previously owned a toto washlet which worked much better than this toilet. I thought I was upgrading to a better option. The dryer on the toilet does not work, at all. I called customer service and was told that I should not have expected it to dry me. So I ask, why even call it a dyer? What is its intended function if not to dry? Hmmm. Also, none of the setting on the fancy control seem to matter, my first initial shot of water is always cold and hard. the seat warmth is inconsistent as well so you always get a surprise as to whether it will be warm or cold when you sit. Not worth the money. I was better off with the bidet seat.

The P700 is the first bidet I’ve owned and I like it very much. Have had this for 4 months and am happy with my purchase. A home builder/contractor added an electrical outlet and did the installation without any problems. Would be nice to have settings for more than one person, but I can live without that. I seldom use the oscillating/pulsating/rhythm features and I wish the dryer was stronger—I still use a small amount of tissue paper. Still, this is worth every cent I spent and I would buy it again.

This is a game changer for me. This is my first bidet and I'm happy with the P-700 model. The oscillation and rhythm features are noisy so I tend not to use them. Other than this, I'm happy with my purchase.

In the beginning when we bought our Dream home, my wife was really trying to talk me into a Bidet and boy am I glad she did. It is a fantastic experience to feel ultra clean when you are done. We have not purchased Toilet paper for almost 4 months now since we use this for our home. The product feels solid when on it, the controls make sense, and it was not too complicated to use. I am a true fan of bioBidet and how they really build a wonderful piece of machinery and art work at the same time. Well done.

I "inherited" this bidet when I bought a house. I previously had a Brondell Swash SE400 bidet seat at my old place. I was pleased to see this P700 installed in the master bathroom of my new place, figuring, "It cost ten times what my old seat did, and it's a complete unit, it's got to be better." Eh, not so much. Compared to the Brondell I've been using for the past year, the Prodigy has a few issues: 1. The water in the bowl is too low. This causes splashing. It also mean more "stuff" gets stuck on the sides of the bowl. Which wouldn't be a big deal, except... 2. The flush doesn't sweep the entire bowl. There is a fairly large section right at the back of the bowl that doesn't get cleaned when you flush. Even using the Clean Bowl function, the water simply never touches that area. The wand will dribble on that section, but it's not always enough to wash away any particles that are stuck there. So I find myself having to get out the toilet brush way too often. With a seat-only unit, at least I have the option of putting it on a toilet with an effective flush. With the Prodigy, I'm stuck. Much like the bits hanging around after I do my business, because... 3. Even disregarding the bowl's no-man's-land, on Full Flush, the bowl doesn't always clear the first time. Oh, the water empties, and the pressure stream shoots down (up?) the pipe. But it sometimes leaves stuff behind, including the wad of toilet paper I had to use to dry off (see point 5.) The water saving function isn't as effective as, say, the modern American Standard toilet I used to have, since I'm often having to flush twice. 3. The Posterior Wash function is only semi effective. I have been having a difficult time getting the position adjusted, and the spray pattern seems awfully wide. So I have to squirm around to get the pressure targeted where it will do the most good, and in the meantime, the ol' cheeks are getting a nice spray down. This wouldn't be all that bad, except... 4. The dryer function is just about useless. It's noisy, but it doesn't move a lot of air. I'm not saving on toilet paper because I have to use so much to dry off after using this. Otherwise, I'm spending more time sitting, while my legs go numb, waiting to get dry. 5. It doesn't seem like the deodorizer is doing much, either, except making noise. I tried to check the filter, expecting some sort of replacement charcoal element or something, but all I pulled out was a white plastic screen? Can't find much documentation on this to know if that is all there is. 6. Being square and wide at the front, it's difficult for a male to step close enough when standing so that there aren't drips on the front edge of the bowl. Yeah, I know, but not everyone is gifted, and you gotta have below-average folks if you're going to have average and above. 7. The night light is pretty bright. My Brondell had a nice, mellow blue light that didn't pierce your eyes. The white on the Prodigy is pretty intense in the middle of the night. All in all, I'm just not that impressed, especially for the price. I brought my Brondell seat unit with me, and I'll be running electric and installing it in another bathroom in the house. And I'll probably find myself using that one for those critical sessions. I'm glad I didn't pay the retail price for this Prodigy.

My plumber installed the toilet and it does not flush, even on "manual mode". I called up bioBidet support to get help with the issue and the service rep at was so disrespectful to me. She didn't want to help me because she was "too busy" and didn't have time to answer my questions. Instead, she referred me to an email with some steps to troubleshoot using the remote control. As expected, it did not resolve the issue. If it doesn't work on manual mode why would it work with the remote control? After confirming via email I still couldn't flush my toilet, I received a replacement form with a section to enter my credit card information. The company wants me to go out of my way to send back the faulty toilet all 60+ lbs of it, or they will charge me for the replacement. In my opinion, they should go out of their way to fix it or replace this large & heavy product, vs. the other way around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PRODUCT. I should've heeded the warnings of reviews on this page.

My sister had this toilet and I would always use it when I came to visit. I told my husband when we buy a house this is a must item we going to get right away. My dream came through! It’s so stylish in our beach house and pleasant to use in every way. My favorite option is enema!!!!

The flush is weak. Have been trying to troubleshoot for a month and no progress. Service has been the issue. Cannot get someone to troubleshoot it live. Instead being asked to ship the entire unit.
