For its size this fan is surprisingly effective! I am using it in my horse barn and since it works so well, I now plan on adding two additional units next spring.

Installed easy works great

I took it out of the box to test, pulled plastic chain and it snapped. Why would you use a CHEAP PLASTIC CHAIN instead of metal chain in the first place. It did work really good. BUT if plastic chain had broken off up in the fan itself. I would have no way to turn it on or off.

Needs metal pull string instead of plastic

We have had this for a week now and it is perfect for our dock. Easy to install, comes fully assembled and just two screws to hold it to the pillar.

I'm extremely happy with this quiet and powerful outdoor fan, which I mounted in a wooden housing on wheels. It keeps us cool while offering some relief from mosquitoes.

Great fan, easy mount

I ordered two fans and received only one. Home Depot has no means of correcting the problem. There is no online option to address delivery problems like this and phone calls to customer service are a sad joke.....45-120 minute wait times and no call-back option (like most current retailers). I waited 22 minutes and the line disconnected. My suggestion is to order this fan from any other company than HD.

this item was easy to assemble and perfect for the job.

I love this fan! Passes a pretty good amount of wind. 3 speeds and the highest speed can really move some air. The only negative thing I can say is that when mounted to a ceiling. It doesn’t always hold the angle that I want. Other than that, would definitely recommend!
