Cut edges
So the rug I received had what looked like cut edges where the jute stuck out. I had to return but I loved it. just afraid to buy again. Customer service was great.

I'm sorry to learn about this issue! Natural fiber rugs inherently have loose fibers and knots. Loose threads should be trimmed with household scissors. To avoid unraveling or damaging the rug, threads on the rug’s face should never be pulled.

Beautiful rug but frays instantly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful rug but not good at being a rug. I’ve had the rug for less than a week and it’s already fraying and I am finding threads all over the place. Some places are unraveling already.
My rug isn’t in a high traffic area and it’s just me so, makes no sense that it’s doing that

This was a great buy!
This is a beautiful rug it matches exactly as I hoped it would. There's one big loose end poking out the middle of the rug but we should be able to trim it with unraveling hopefully. Fortunately I picked the right size and and it is very pleasant to walk on even though it is made with jute. Shipping was good, it was well wrapped over all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great carpet, hand braided.
Great carpet. It’s not really rectangular since it’s hand braided. It’s also a little more blue than I imagined, since it is old denim braided with jute.

Braided 6 x 9 blue rug
It is way too loosely woven and is not squared, meaning it is wavy on the floor, not straight edges like a normal rug.

The only problem with the rug is it is not...
The only problem with the rug is it is not square. The end of the loom has a pretty big bump. I have another 4x6 and this is not the case. I should have exchanged it but didn’t want to go thru the hassle.

Perfect for the pet friendly house!

The edges are fraying a bit but I was able to trim and poke them back into place. They are fairly heavy so they stay in place and don't rise with the vacuum. Dogs like the jute on their bellies. I like the color and style of them. Overall, very happy with the look and feel of them. And, they hide dog hair and dirt well!
