Exactly what I envisioned!
I needed a natural fiber for my dining room that would be comfortable, but also look great. This rug is surprisingly soft, if I had more room, I would’ve gotten it in a larger size. I purchased the 9’ x 6’. I was concerned that I was going to use it in the dining room, but so far, no issues. We do lift the chairs to move them, they won’t slide on the end, but maybe that’s because our chairs are metal and have feet. I’m thinking of buying another one for my bedroom. I recommend!

This rug sheds everywhere. Not ideal for a space where you plan to spend a lot of time in as it will show in any dark article of clothing/fabric. Prepare to get used to a lint roller. The color is so beautiful - it’s such a shame that it didn’t work out for me. I wish I can swap this out for something similar.

Stunning
This rug is beautiful! The color, braiding, quality - all so great. Heavy as well (in a good way). Rolled out nicely with no kinks. Highly recommend. I placed under my round 42 inch table - perfect size for the space!

The Pottery Barn Look Without Paying an Arm & Leg
As good as PB’s jute rug, but s fraction of the price!! We wanted the “coastal look” in our home but with 4 furbabies and 2 being Maine coons we didn’t want to spend a huge “chunk of change” on a rug to get the look we wanted, the rug is PERFECTION and we couldn’t be more pleased!!

This rug wants to make my life worse!

I have a studio apartment and now the entire apartment has been taken over by the fibers from this carpet shedding. While the carpet is “soft” to walk on, the fibers that this thing sheds are not. They are pokey and itchy and get all over my socks, which proceed to hurt once I put shoes on. If I drop clothes on it while folding laundry, the clothes are instantly dirty again from the shedding fibers. Just simply do not buy this rug. Rugs USA is great, this rug is the opposite.

Pretty but poor quality
The positives: great ivory color and natural materials.
Cons: This rug was mis-shaped with crooked edges. I was willing to overlook this because it is more common with natural woven materials; however, it immediately started fraying along all of the edges. It also shed a LOT. I decided I’d rather eat the $72 to return it than be miserable and want a new rug on a daily basis.

Great for layering, or by itself!
Even though this rug was gifted, the opinion is completely my own. I have wanted to find a neutral jute rug that I could layer under a patterned rug for years & this one is perfect! I love that it is off white so it contrasts with a second rug really well, but it even looked great by itself and gave the room a fresh look for spring. It is natural jute so there were so dark fibers & a few spots in the rug, but I have had jute rugs before so I knew that comes with the territory. I have not noticed any shedding whatsoever and it is soft to walk on. Definitely pleased with this rug!

Fell apart in less than 6 months. Do not buy!
We had this rug for less than 6 months in a low traffic area and it has SIX significant holes and countless pulls in the weave. Customer service refused to offer any resolution, as they only guarantee their products for 30 days. What a waste of money and time. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for rugs.

I'm sorry to learn about this issue! We understand creases and bunching can be a pain when receiving a new area rug. These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug.
Use these tricks to help flatten your rug:
Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out.
Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way.
Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed.
Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt.

Unraveling
I bought the 10x13 and it looked great….Started using this rug in April, and two months later it’s falling apart. There is no heavy furniture or anything sliding on it. Tried contacting customer service with no luck.

Not worth the money!
I bought this rug a couple of months ago and looks like I’ve had this for years. It’s completely beat up. Out of the packaging (it came folded) had so many braids not properly sewn. My mother in law had to hand sew it in over 30 spots. It sheds A LOT! And I mean A LOT. Impossible to clean. We’ve tried only sweeping (lightly), robot vacuum , hand vacuum, and every time a ball of the size of my hands comes off the rug. It’s just my husband and I living in this house, we barely used the rug. No rough wear. This is very frustrating. As you can see in the photos, everywhere that it has a connection between braids, it’s worse. Even under the couch, that no one steps on it, it’s bad. And the fibers get everywhere, your clothes, couch and pillows, if you have kids playing on the floor, they will be covered in this rough fiber. Some spots are so bad that I can see the rug pad underneath. We bought the largest size, this is not a cheap rug!!! I expected more for this price. I don’t want the hassle to return a 12x15 heavy weight rug, now I have to stick with this garbage. Save your money and buy something else.

Great neutral, textured rug

Save your $$$
This rug is a huge disappointment. We’ve had it unrolled for a couple days and it looks like we’ve had it for a couple years. Lots of pulls from the braids (it has not been vacuumed). Bumps/knots in the braids. It sheds something fierce. Socks will turn natural colored. We have family with jute rugs & this is not at all their experience. This is a poor quality rug and huge waste of money.
