HORRIBLE customer service
I was attempting to purchase a weed wacker but the item was locked with a chain lock. There were no associates in sight so I walked to the customer service desk and told the girl I needed a weed wacker unlocked and she told me to ask someone in the Garden department. I told her there was no one there and asked if she could call someone and she replied, “maybe”. After she called on the loudspeaker for someone and no one responded I walked around asking FOUR other associates (one of which was very rude and dismissed me) and no one had the key! Finally a garden department person responded but also didn’t have the key and got a ladder and got me the weed wacker I wanted from way up high.

Great experience due to employee assistance
John White was absolutely wonderful with answering all of my questions about deep freezers. Very knowledgeable. Offered to grab a cart for me, assisted me to the register with it, and asked if there was anything else he can help me with.
Brigitte the cashier was also so pleasant and helpful! I will be shipping here again!

Pushy Associates
Went to SELF CHECK OUT just to be overpowered by a store associate. I was very annoyed. Didn't need her help nor did I ask for it. Then she was pushing HD CC. If I didn't need my purchases I would have walked out. And because of this associate I give this HD 1 star
