Bulverde #6989

It is every time I shop in this store, what a challenge to get to any area, or shop, or move around safely.

Every time I have to shop at the HD in Bulverde it is a horrible experience. The building materials, lumber, roofing, doors is a disaster every time I shop here. The back yard is turned into a dumping zone, damaged product, extreme amounts of lumber, soils overstock. This location has no concern for the neighborhood.

I have 3 ea. Home Depot All built with materials and appliances from Home Depot. I am now starting a New Cottage with products from Home Depot.

Vince doesn't take direction from customers and certainly doesn't provide any assistance.

I decided to do flooring for the entire bottom floor of my home. Prior to choosing Home Depot I had 2 other flooring companies come to my home with their products and provide estimates. Both companies had nice products and could install the flooring within the week. I decided to go to Home Depot #6989 to see what they could provide prior to making my decision. I found a product I liked at Home Depot and decided to go with them for the install. They sent a person to perform a measurement a couple days later. The individual made several mistakes on the measurement and this led to confusion once I went to the store to finalize the quote. At the store, Stephanie in flooring was extremely helpful as we spent 2 hours ironing out the mistakes and confusion on the quote. Stephanie ordered the remainder of the materials I would need for the install. I was told the install could not be scheduled till all materials had arrived. I understand that. Today all the materials were delivered to my home and the install company finally called to schedule my install. I was told by them that it would be over a month! Over a month!! If I had been told ahead of time the delay on the install I would have gone another route for my flooring needs. This is unacceptable. Other companies could get it installed within a week from the time I okayed the quote. So far I am two weeks into this process and still have to wait another month for the install to happen. I have a bathroom that is totally ripped out to put flooring down, I have a porch filled with furniture, and now I have a garage filled with flooring materials! Customers need to have all the data ahead of time to make buying decisions for their families. This fiasco is unacceptable. The only saving grace is the wonderful help I have received from Stephanie.

I shop Bulverde Home Depot frequently. They are always ready and capable to help me find what I’m looking for as well as other options I may not have known to look for.

This is an exceptional store. The employees are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Maxwell greeted us, made recommendations, then cheerfully helped to pick up, haul, and load 8 large bags of garden soil for us. We highly recommend shopping here.

I have been there several times looking for some PVC fittings. They are either out or very limited. I talked to other customers that are having the same experiences. An example i 3/4 inch T with half inch threaded out. They had 2 that I could find and had no contractor packs. These are used for sprinklers so I would think they would have plenty. Just an example.
