Friendliness is not a priority.
Today we went to our local Home Depot and made a $300+ purchase. As we went to check out, we walked up to a vacant lane (with the light on) and just stood there as the cashier in the other line didn’t say anything to us.
When we finally crossed over to his lane, we approached “David R.” and said, “Hello.” David did not respond or even look up at us at all, and instead began aggressively scanning our items. I then said, “Hello,” again and once more received no response. On my third attempt I stated, “Helloooo?” and David then looked up briefly and said, “Hi,” as he continued scanning out items.
David appeared as though he REALLY did not want to be there. There was no friendliness or conversation whatsoever.
Extremely unprofessional.

Best Home Depot
This store is the best Home Depot around. The staff is amazing , Maggie in the front check out is super sweet and extremely helpful. This store is always fully stoked and super knowledgeable on DIY projects

Great Cashier
Mary and I drove over an hour to this store because they stocked a particular tile that we are using at our entranceway, not available at our local store in Marble Falls. While in the store, we came across a sale on indoor extension cords at what we considered a great value. So we added four of these to our cart. 2 of these had not been updated in the master shu list (I think). Our cashier Terisa helped us quickly work through that issue. She was very kind and pleasant. A tribute to herself and her team leader.

Mariah is awesome!
Mariah is my hero. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always has a smile and provides wonderful customer service. I love her like I do an ice cold bottle of water on a hot summer day. She is the light of my home depot shopping experience. Other home depot employees could benefit from learning her amazing customer service skills.
