Not enough people on the floor
Typical big-box hardware store. There are never enough people on the floor to take care of the customers. It's necessary to hunt for someone, then wait while they take care of someone else. They also require nearly everyone to use the self checkout kiosks, half of which are nearly always closed. I go here because there are no alternatives nearby

I went to our Home Depot located at 1801, West Parker Road, Plano, TX, 75023 to buy the edgings.
You open at 6 am. Fantastic indeed.

Help When You Need It Most
David (the Home Depot customer Service Agent) was professional and delivered exceptional service. I think good customer service starts “after” a sale is made. I had some difficulties with my HD purchase. David, in a very professional manner, explained the circumstances of my misunderstanding and together we worked to address my concerns. David was very helpful and I appreciated his patience and his help.
