Cashier Dawn was worst. She doesn't know how to treat people specially Pro Customer. I asked her to review the check out list as I thought she charged me twice. She refused to do that. She brock the box of my nail and without showing apologies she was giving me all the scattered nail in a bag.

Found perfect solar garden lights - Thank you!
I've been having some trouble finding solar lights and before walking out, by chance I happened to ask Kalista in the thruway mall home depot. She directed me to the garden where I found the perfect gift for my sister-in-law! She took the initiative to show me the options on the website too. Solid customer service, much appreciated!

RENEWED ATMOSPHERE
I have noticed over the past year, a "renewal of attitude" and helpfulness at the store. I'm not quite sure what has changed other than to say a new atmosphere is present in the store. I am happy to see better wood being sold and the milling department so helpful with selecting and cutting wood for me. While you don't always have the plumbing supplies I need the assistants are more than helpful to suggest alternative solutions or to give me a different perspective to solve a plumbing problem. Thank god for the pipe threader machine! I like the online website that gives the aisle and bay number, it makes coing into the store easier to get in and back to the projects I am working on.
