Understanding employee
I went to the Eagan store to find a bird feeder to add flowers to as an "uncle" memorial from my son for my brothers funeral. Raul Reeb assisted me finding the bird feeders and let me know could take a few and just return the ones I decided against.

Manager is a mess, costing organization its reputation and business.
Manager is very resist, intentionally misguide paying customer just to cause inconvenience. My Ryobi miter say needed warranty service (came or developed with faulty miter fence just after little more than year) when their own service center confirmed this is manufacturing defect. Manager refuse to accept case, instead misguided me to work with Ryobi call center. Which any ways asked me to bring the tool to Home depot service center. I believe Home Depot is very responsible organization with noticeable local community support, putting irresponsible people at key position is can be very damaging to companies image as well as busines.

Cramped but decent
This store feels cramped compared to other locations. Way too much product in the middle of the front aisle to navigate without frustration. Plenty of staff to help locate things. And checkout was super fast on a Friday afternoon in early Summer.

So helpful and respectful of my time
I went into the store with a limited time, and a plan, to purchase a set of appliances for our kitchen. I was eventually greeted by Kaiser and he helped me in a super efficient manner and was very informative! I left with no questions.

A very knowledgeable employee
Had a great experience today ordering the railing for our new deck . Jim Larch , the Pro Account Associate was very knowledgeable on the product . He paid attention to the details and explained all the issues involved to make the installation easier. He was also very proficient at using the computer !
