Great service!
We bought our riding lawn mower from Home Depot in Festus, MO today! The associates were all very courteous and helpful! Mary was quite knowledgeable about the different mowers and her expertise helped us to choose the right mower for us! Tyler was also courteous and helped us apply for a Home Depot credit card. The associates made our experience enjoyable!

Friendly, helpful employees, clean well-lit stores and best prices and selection of any Big Store!
I just bought several small brass fittings. Small items can be hard to locate, but the associate/employee in plumbing took the time to find everything I needed in just a few minutes. Saved me half an hour of searching! The cashier was friendly and smiling to boot. Great store!

Deaf and Communication
I love coming to this store because I knew I would always be able to locate and discuss specific products for a variety of projects I have at home for one reason, Justin DeFord, an employee, knows America. sign Language! He is the reason I come to this specific store. Accessible services has always been a plus and this is the only Home Depot that has given me that. Lack of service
3 main points, #1 Only 1 lane for checkout, multiple lanes for self checkout. I do see your earnings reports, Home Depot makes billions but wants us to check ourselves out. Not going to happen. #2 Saw quite a few employees sitting in non-customer service areas having quite the chats. When I worked retail, I or my employees were on the floor helping customers .#3 Employee in windows was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. In the huge garden area I was was on my own to find what I needed, did not see 1 Employee in the garden area.
