Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's on sale for Father's Day?

Start shopping for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. The Home Depot Father's Day Sale runs June 4–24 in-store or online, and you can save on patio furniture, tool storage, appliances, ladders, and more. You can also get up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. We've got Father's Day deals on everything you'll need to make his day.

What do I do to prepare my home for scorching summer temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for summer temperatures by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be dealing with mold. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine metal roofing or shingles for damage or rust that could let water come in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

Which project is featured at the free Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on July 4th, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a wooden go-kart toy! Your little builder can assemble their very own go-kart craft — like the racetrack version but kid-sized. The best part is vrooming around your go-kart, so leave some time to explore your own track!

Does the N Richland Home Depot offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot app. Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items.
