I enjoy shopping here very much! They have great customer service! Helpful associates and returns are very easy! If I need assistance in any department or with any questions I'm pretty sure of finding help here. Thanks HD for a nice, clean & fairly cool store (it's TX you know)!

I went to buy a washer that I needed right away. When I got to the appliance section there was three employees there, one of them her name is Kisha she came over and answered some of my questions she was being nice and helpful. She had to leave and told me the other employee would help me with what I needed, that was not the case. The appliance associate name is luz she was on her phone the entire time until I asked her for some assistance. I was very specific about me needing a washer that same day and asked if she had anything in stock and she said “not really.” So I had to order and it would be delivered again a told her specially that I could not be at my house to receive the order before 530 she told me not to worry that I could choose a time when the delivery service called me. That was not true. So I waited for a week until the delivery service called me and I had to cancel the order. I had to go to the store and get everything figured out and that was a mistake it took them more then an hour to get me someone to help me. The only good thing about this was that I ended up going to Another store and buying the same washer with a 3 year warranty for less. price was a lot less and Home Depot. So thanks for that Home Depot.

When we buy things to remodel the bathroom the associates were very helpful.

We enjoy shopping at the Home Depot now. Before they never had enough people around to assist but now they are just truly awesome. They greet you as you come in and if you stop a employee to ask a question they are kind and attentive. Great job! We are veterans and we are disabilities its hard to shop but your employees make it a joy

The store was clean and I got a warm feeling from the associates that waited on me. They were knowledgeable about the product that I was looking at and extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and on this I can promise you.

THIS STORE THE ASSOCIATE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY ABOUT LIGHTS AND WAS VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT TO LOOK FOR. WE TOLD HIM THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT TO TAKE TIME WITH US. HE REPLIED NO THANK YOU .. FOR SHOPPING WITH US. I GOT A WASHER/DRYER FROM THIS STORE AND HE WAS VERY NICE.. UNFORTUNATELY HE'S NOT THERE ANYMORE. THIS IS MY FAVORITE STORE ASSOCIATES ARE NICE AND DO THEIR JOB.. THANK YOU.. LOVE THIS STORE.

The large and colorful signage helped navigating the aisles easy. I was not ignored like in other hardware stores and left to figure things out on my own. Ritchie G. & Harold, walked me all the way through my list of materials with such expertise and kindness I didn't feel like a "deer in headlights" at all. They were kind and patient and walked through the process of understanding what it was going to take to help our organization with the building project I was assigned to help complete. They probably could have passed me off to the Pro Desk(I didn't even think to go there) but they didn't.

Taylor was very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for in the gardening section. This allowed me to make my purchasing decisions today instead of still needing to think about my investment. He was not rushed and answered all my questions with intelligent logical explanations. Brandon helped me to my car and didn’t have any problems with my extra requests for more plastics coverage for the back of my SUV. He happily obliged! He has a wonderful friendly and positive attitude while helping load heavy items into my vehicle.

Associates and managers are too busy to help customers. I waited for help with carpets for too long and waited for almost 30 minutes for chain to be cut despite the fact that 2 other associates were on the isle. There was even a manager that came down the isle and avoided me to complain to the other associates about how people were hiding in the break room instead of working on the floor. Everyone on the floor needs to go back to customer service priority training. I saw many other people looking for help around the store, but it wasn't a priority on this day. Please, HD, go back to your customer service roots before you have to close stores.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely shop there again. Can’t wait to finish my project!

For anyone who shops at multiple Home Depot stores or any of the other home improvement stores out there you already know that 0540 in North Richland Hills is head and shoulders above the rest. Great longtime employees in most departments that can be trusted to give the help you truly need. You never have to walk through the store to find an staff member to help you. We spend a lot of time at the ProDesk and this ProDesk outshines every other one in the area. Consistently helpful staff with great attitudes. Good job!

Awesome location. Always has the products I'm looking for in stock, employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and the store is easy to navigate. Only problem is my bank account never has enough money for me to walk out with everything I want!

Pro desk is the best of any I have visited

I always go to this HOME DEPOT!!! I live closer to another store but their NRH staff is UNBELIEVABLE!!! LATEST ONE IS ANASTASIA!!! BUT BILL HAROLD AND BRINDA IN PLUMBING ALL AWESOME TAKE THEIR TIME EVEN THE MANAGER MATT HELPD ME OVER AND ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!! MY SON TRIES TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE. NOPE. JUST NRH STORE!!!

I was in the store about 5 minutes and did not get a hello, may I help you or anything. Instead I was accused of tampering with a safety gate. I only walked down an aisle and was standing in front of a display. I never received an apology. I explained I did not touch anything and I did not think customers should be addressed or greeted in this manner. The employee then told me my reaction was unnecessary. Wow! I had 2 other items to buy, but I chose to leave and not bother with this store or it's employees.
