Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a patio furniture sale for Memorial Day?

It's time for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on washers and fridges, outdoor living accessories like grills, patio furniture, and outdoor cooking supplies, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your lawn and landscaping pristine. Save up to 40% off select online bath items and select appliances. Check it out in-store or online from May 14th to 27th.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Make certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that could let water come in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

When is the free Kids Workshop this month?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on June 6th, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a goalie game! Your little builder can assemble their very own soccer craft — like the tabletop version but kid-sized. Remember to enjoy the fruits of your labor and leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
