Does my store offer Express Delivery?
Express Delivery is a same-day service that delivers products and job site supplies directly from your store to your doorstep. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. local time to ensure delivery. Your order's eligibility depends on local stock, item size, and driver availability. Set your local store in The Home Depot app or online to see if it's available. Qualifying items show an Express Delivery tag both in your shopping cart and at checkout (excludes custom mixed paint, aerosols, and bulk orders). Express Delivery orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.
How can I prep my home for scorching summer temps?
Be certain your home is equipped for summertime heat by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that might let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble.
What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?
Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
What benefits do doorbell cameras have?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
What will the next free Kids Workshop be?
