Is there a sale on storage containers?
Garage Storage Savings are here, so it's time to get shopping. From garage bundles to workbenches, we've got deals on everything you want for a neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales in-store or online from June 22nd through August 18th, 2026, and make this the summer you finally organize the basement and the garage.
How can I prepare my home for summer?
Be confident your home is ready for relentless summer weather by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect metal roofing or shingles for rust or damage that could let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
What kinds of moving boxes do you have?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?
Stop by for the Kids Workshop on August 1, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a wooden rocket game! Your little builder can assemble their very own rocket game craft — like a real rocketship but kid-sized. Don't forget to leave some time to watch your rocket climb the ladder into orbit!
