Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale?

Prepare for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on washing machines and fridges, outdoor living accessories like grills, outdoor cooking supplies, and patio furniture, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your landscaping and lawn beautiful. Save up to 40% off select online bathroom items and select appliances. Check it out online or in-store from May 14th through the 27th.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. If water gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with mold. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the exterior of your home, examine metal roofing or roof shingles for damage or rust that can let water leak in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
