Is there a sale on garage storage?
The Home Depot Garage Storage Sale is here, so it's time to get shopping. From workbenches to tool chests, we've got deals on what you want for a neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales in-store or online from June 22nd to August 18th, and make this the year you clean out the basement, garage, and shed.
How can I prepare my home for summer?
Be confident your home is ready for relentless summer heat by replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If moisture gets in the crevices, you might be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your home's exterior, examine metal roofing or shingles for damage that may let water leak in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.
Do you have moving boxes?
Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in August 2026?
Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this rocket game. Constructing a wooden spaceship toy is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on 8/1/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
