Does the Pineville Home Depot have back-to-school products for classrooms?

Command hooks and writing utensils? Check. Glue guns and hot glue sticks to match? We have those, too. How can I prepare my home for summer?

Be certain your home is set for summertime temperatures by replacing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water seep in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

    Customer service
I have been shopping at this Home Depot for a long time, and I've never had a problem with any of the staff until now. Today, when I went in to buy some soil, upon reaching the checkout counter, I politely explained to the cashier named Marcha about the damaged bags. Usually, the cashiers are aware of this issue and they just give a 50% discount without any problem. However, Marcha seemed unaware of this and acted annoyed. She made it seem like I was making it up, but eventually agreed to give the discount. I bought 5 bags of topsoil and 2 bags of potting mix. Marcha scanned the items and gave the discount, but she only took off 50% for the potting mix, not the topsoil. I noticed this on the checkout screens and the receipt, but when I tried to show her, she kept repeating that she had taken 50% off for everything and raised her voice as if I didn't understand her explanation. I eventually gave up explaining to her and paid for my items. Then, I went to customer services to explain the issue to Chal (didn't mention anything about the cashier). Chal was very understanding and asked to see the bags, but I didn't bring them inside the store. So, we went to the parking lot in front of the garden center to see them. Chal looked at the bags and said he would bring them inside to do a refund and rescan them for me, so I agreed. While Chal was pulling the car inside, Marcha came out and called us out. I was confused but still went over to see what she wanted to say. She loudly said to Chal that, "I gave her a 50% off everything on the receipt, I don't understand what she's complaining about." She kept repeating the same thing louder, as if I was trying to create a problem. So I had to tell her that I wasn't complaining, I was just seeking assistance. She walked away angrily, and I don't understand why she was mad when all I wanted was to solve the problem that she didn't handle well. Of course, I noticed that she did take off something, but not everything, even though all the bags were damaged. I explained this to Chal and showed him the receipt again. He understood the situation clearly and provided me with the necessary help. He provided excellent service in my opinion, especially after dealing with the cashier in the garden center. I have never written a bad review about anybody, but I felt disrespected this time, so I have to say something. I hope you can read this and provide some feedback to the cashier so that she can handle situations like this more calmly in the future. And once again, I would like to give a shoutout to Chal for doing an excellent job.

Great Customer Service, disappointing Pro Department
I visited the store on July 4th to purchase truck oil, about 25 to 30 gallons. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the Pro Department; an employee named Prince was unhelpful. I mentioned that previously I received a discount from another Pro associate, but he told me to go to the store’s customer service department instead of helping me himself. However, my experience with customer service was excellent; the ladies there were really kind, gave me the same discount as before, and had no problem assisting me with the transaction.

          Embarrassed and Humiliated!
I visited the Pineville NC store this past Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly greeted by 2 employees and one even walked me directly to the product I was looking to buy. This was great - until I went to checkout. I approach 2 female employees at the checkout area and asked where they sold bottled water. They told me to look in the self checkout area where I found it. Since I was there I paid for the the water and I my other item. Thankfully I chose the print receipt option as one of the ladies proceeded to challenge me at least 5 times for not paying for the water that I purchased. This was despite laying the receipt on her counter to read. He coworker asked her several times why she kept challenging me, but she proceeded. What a humiliating experience to go through when you did all of the right things.

              Great customer service
Michelle at the Pineville store was just amazing and made our shopping trip as easy as it could be. She helped us pick out new appliances for our kitchen and new laundry machines. Would definitely go back and have Michelle help with any other projects we do next.

                    Rental tool
Rented a lift, fella at checkout said we take care of our pro guys and if you’re less than an hour late we generally don’t charge late fee. Well I brought it back and backed it in and unhooked it and was 38 minutes late if I recall and I was charged a late fee and of course guy that helped me at checkout wasn’t there so I was charged $80 extra. At that point I should have just kept it all day.
