Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have good deals for Memorial Day?

It's time for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find big savings on refrigerators and washers, outdoor living accessories like patio furniture, grills, and outdoor cooking supplies, plus outdoor power equipment to keep your lawn and landscaping beautiful. Save up to 40% off select online bath items and select appliances. Check it out online or in-store from May 14th through the 27th.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Be certain your home is ready for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. On your house's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble.

What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?

Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the Home Depot Kids Workshop in June?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on 6/6/2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet pint-sized soccer field. Constructing this tiny soccer game, reminiscent of the full-size tables, is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. Team up with your little ones to make this quick craft while supplies last. The best part is playing the game, so leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
