Does The Home Depot have a Spring Black Friday sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your patio furniture and grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Be certain your home is set for springtime temperature changes by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that might let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
Do you have moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you have doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
