Are storage bins part of the Garage Storage Sale?
Get organized this summer and enjoy more productivity. Projects are easier when you can find what you have on hand. The Home Depot Storage Sale runs June 22nd to August 18th, and you can save on storage bins, garage cabinets, garage shelving, and storage systems by your favorite brands. We've got garage storage deals on everything you'll need for an organized space.
Where can I buy back-to-school supplies for my dorm?
We've got your college dorm essentials. Get moving boxes or storage containers to transport your belongings, and be ready for residual dirt with disinfecting wipes and cleaning supplies. Bring a tub of spackling to fill old nail holes and Command adhesive hooks to hang wall art and string lights. Make the room your own with area rugs and wall decals. Power strips and extension cords let you place lamps, mini fridges, and countertop microwaves where you need them. If you didn't get a new backpack yet, we've got those, too. Be prepared to head back to college with helpful products from your local Home Depot.
How can I prepare my home for summer temperatures?
Make certain your home is set for summertime temperatures by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On the outside of your house, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets in the crevices, you might be looking at a problem.
What varieties of moving boxes do you offer?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Why should I get a generator?
Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
What's the project at the August Home Depot Kids Workshop?
Head to the Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on August 1, 2026. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cool pint-sized rocket game. Building this small wooden spaceship is a great way to sharpen fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. Team up with your little ones to make this fun craft while supplies last. The best part is launching the rocket, so leave some time to send your rocketship into space!
