From start to finish on my last project, contractor services were extremely helpful in the whole process from The bid from materials to getting the materials on the job site next level job

We were in this store today and were helped by a friendly guy named Sambino. He spent a fair amount of time helping us locate the proper plumbing fittings to make an existing part work in our application. Then he took us to another department a showed us a kit that would do the same job much more elegantly. Good job Sambino! Look this guy up if you want good help. He's not your typical HD employee.

without fail every errand to HDi s a pleasant experience

Wanted red and blue 1/4 turn shut off valves for my washing machine. I have a house built in the 70's, so the valves use compression fittings. HD only carries one compression fitting shut off and it is multi turn. There's six to eight to choose from for new houses. Bought a punch to knock out the failed drum bearings on my washing machine. Punch lasted about 15 minutes before it broke. There was only one long punch to choose from as well.

The store manager and an associate were extremely helpful and assisted me beyond what I could have imagined. I am completely satisfied

Who doesn’t love our local Home Depot? the answer is everyone loves Home Depot!

I have been shopping at this location and the Brea location for years and they have the supplies, tools, materials I need to complete my home projects. I would highly recommend Home Depot if you have a project to tackle or just getting supplies for your home, garden or whatever!

We recently came to purchase a microwave in this store. With so little on display and all the options on line it gets very overwhelming. Vicky was helping us and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and exceptional to work with. We came to this location as my husband was hoping the hot dog vendor was working as we live closer to Brea. Sadly, it wasn’t open that day but it is a resin that usually gets us to this store. 😜🌭

Just stopped to get shop vac hose and we ended up with a lot more

I usually find what I need 99.9% of the time. Sometimes the aisles can get clogged up with merch, particularly around holidays. Wi-fi can be spotty, if I need to research an item.

I received exceptional service from Julian (D24) in the paint department. I was painting my daughter's old bed to covert to a home office and she had painted a wall deep purple. I asked him if the top tier Behr paint would cover without a primer coat. He thought it would. So I ordered a gallon and went to get other items I needed for the project. I little later, he come up to me and told ne, after discussing with the other guys, I really deep purple would be really hard to cover with a primer coat. So I change to order to the Marquee brand and got some primer. So, not only did he double check the info and corrected his advice, he came out into the store to find me (rather than waiting for my return) so that my visit to Home Depot was not delayed. I really appreciated the care he gave me as a Home Depot customer.

Always can count on Home Depot to have what is needed in stock. This past weekend I needed some odd size bolts and drill bits to go with them and was having trouble finding them. A young women in that department helped me and it was another successful trip1

I had 10 $100 gift cards to make a purchase. The customer service ladies only made 8 out 10 of my gift cards. I had to ask they reopen the cash machine drawer to retrieve my two gift cards. When I asked they to double check the 2 gift cards, one lady mocked me and asked me if I wanted to check third time.

Met a nice employee named Kenny in the parking. He insisted on taking my cart and proudly said it was his job. He told me he loved working for Home Depot.

Numerous employees were available to answer questions for us. We didn't have to go down each aisle looking for someone in an orange apron! When it came time to load our purchases in our car, we had two employees offer to help. This was greatly appreciated!

Shopping at this Hope Depot always brings me happiness

Some items needed to complete a project (plumbing grease) aren’t carried in the store and have to be ordered. At this store, that’s an ordeal.

I had to special order the sink and faucet I wanted. Employee MXN21XH was very helpful in placing my order to ship to the store. He was very personable and professional, an asset to Home Depot.

I had a staff member help me with a bag of salt for my water softener. He helped with the cart and got the salt to my car. Very kind.

Contrary to other Home Depot locations, the employees at the Anaheim Hills location have been extremely helpful and have assisted in finding almost everything I've needed. I've used and purchased from the Rental yard, Major Appliances, Home Delivery, and virtually every other department in the store. And, unlike virtually every other retailer around, there are ample checkers such that I don't have to wait in any long line to pay for the items. I have shopping here for years and am totally satisfied with this location.

Great and big Home Depot, one of the best Home Depots if not the best in Orange County.

Home Depot sells inferior products, puts lifetime warranty on the product, then when you take it back the cs person makes you like a criminal and tells you to deal manufacturer. Give me a break.

Preparing to have Roman Shades for my Master Bed Room. I had Roman Shades made for another Bed Room a couple of years ago, & was very unhappy as the NON HD Vender did not have HD Fabrics. This time, I have selected a Fabric & only want a HD Vender. Have already been contact by the non-HD Vender by email to set an appointment. HD should not have the non-HD vender do this as they do not have the HD fabrics. As is HD should have a better selectin of fabrics for Roman Shades If I were not a Very Disabled Senior, I would probably Travel all over S. California & see what the Fabric stores had in the way of Fabric & Venders for Roman Blinds but as a Very Disabled Senior with a Disabled Veteran son, our health reserves are limited.
