I no an outdoor carpet, that I have been looking for long time

As always perfect service!!!

I had an odd request, something Artvro had never seen or done on the Home Depot system before, but he was more than happy to help. Long story short, he got me what I wanted, went above and beyond while doing so, and was genuinely happy to help a customer. Made my day really.

Very friendly people. Every department I went to I was ask if I needed help. I did not had to look for anyone to ask for help.

Excellent service from Artvro in returns. He was professional and very accommodating

We waited over 15 minutes for someone to help us in lighting. Went to the desk 3 times, and front of the store once to finally get someone over to help us. Poor store management.

I find this Home Depot to have everything I need and a great selection. The employees are all so friendly and helpful.

I want to reconize two young employees who does their generation great service. Francisco of the Paint Deptpartment and Besty of Help Center Desh are both knowledgle, helpful, user friendly and hard working. They need to fix the drinking fountain by the garden department. It has been out of service for over a year!

I purchased a new refrigerator today after our have up this morning, the day before Easter. Vickie was especially helpful in the service she provided. She took extra care with wrapping the fridge with card board and wrap to buffer during the transfer. Thanks for helping us ensure we could celebrate Easter as intended.

Something has changed at Home Depot and not for the good. When you enter into a professional contract with what you think is an ethical business then find out that they will not honor a signed and dated contract, it is very disappointing and disrespectful to their customers.

The returns clerk, Denise was quite rude and dismissive towards us when returning something that didn't fit. I hope they can train their returns staff on better customer service.

Consistent outstanding helpful employees. Every time I have shopped at this store whether it's early morning, midday or 15 minutes before they close, the shopping experience has constantly been the same. Outstanding! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Purchasing a tree before Christmas is not something I look forward to. Fighting through crowds, dealing with other stressed shoppers, and being hurried by staff make it worse. This year, we lucked out! Our cashier and the employee who prepped our tree were kind, friendly and efficient. Customer Service has become very scarce as of late, but this experience made getting our tree one of the best experiences of the holiday.

In and out of this location in less than 10 minutes purchasing a toilet. Lori (Cashier) so friendly and helpful. Betsy in Customer Service is outstanding in locating your item and getting assistance to load in your car. Thank you Brandon O for the Team lift with Betsy!

Employees are so helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked

I love my Anaheim Hills Home Depot. It is always clean and neat. It is always well stocked. Occasionally, there could be more sales assistants for helping out.

It's nice to be able to go to my local HD between 6AM and 10PM

Went done electrical aisle. ERWIN WAS THERE TO HELP ME. He answered all my questions and gave me the best advice on how to install outlets and electrical boxes.
