I love the power tools section. I can always find what I need. If I don't see, I just head on over to customer service and they provide exact row and bin. Also check out the reject lumber pile. I can always find a a single piece for small jobs. The clearance bins are also a great way to find reduced price items.

Excellent customer service in the Garden Dept.

So disappointed in the lack of communication from the staff. There was no call letting me know that my paid order that was suppose to be ready for pick up was still sitting iin the wharehouse, unassembled. They are not sure when the person would be in to assemble the product.

The employees are helpful, friendly, and obviously understand what is involved in providing good customer service - as customer service is a business plan. Good service = successful business. Anaheim store always looks fresh and ready for business. I am a regular customer to the Anaheim store. I am completely the survey because I had an extremely helpful employee named Jon, who went the whole 9 yards to ensure that I got the asked-for item. Jon made my day! Anaheim gets a 5-Star rating!

Clean and friendly location! We were helped by Lori who was so sweet and went above and beyond in helping us with a grill for Fathers Day! Definitely making this our main location on all home needs!

Good store and service

best home depot ever

Each employee I was in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. The service was excellent.

To be honest, sometimes it's "hit and miss" with Home Depot. What you want isn't in stock, an employee doesn't meet your expectations, etc. Last weekend, however, we had an AWESOME experience at the Anaheim Hills location. Tim was working the grill area and he helped us through every step of the purchase. Bob and Rudy helped us rent the truck tog et the grill home, and Denise helped us pick it up after purchasing it. They all were awesome, wonderful people and outstanding representatives of the Home Depot brand!

The employees that work at this Home Depot provide exceptional service every time I go in. The store is well stocked and someone is always available to assist my needs.

Cashiers are friendly, manager Ryan is the worst person to have to deal with - no communication skills, customer service skills or people skills

I find this store to be staffed by friendly knowledgeable staff and I love their well stocked plant department. This is the best Home Depot for my business.

I can not say enough about this Home Depot store. I own a local service business and i stop in to this Home Depot store 3,4 times a week. It's not normal to have friendly, helpful associates like this Home Depot store has. The Pro department has Jewels. She's always friendly, fast, effiecient. It doesn't get any nicer than the Pro-shop manager Mike. Manny the store manager is another kind, friendly asset to the store. And then there's Med & Maggie, a couple of outstanding friendly cashiers. This is a Top Notch store. I highly recommend..

Shirley in Windows and Doors is an excellent employee who knows her stuff and pays attention to all the details to make sure you get what you want. We special-ordered our windows and front door through Shirley and it was a great experience. She's very personable and so hard working.

Experienced staff that provide you sound repair advice and locate all the required tools and supplies to complete the task.

THIS IS THE BEST HD LOCATION; LAYOUT MAKES EVERYTHING EASY TO FIND, THEY ALWAYS HAVE RENTAL TOOLS AND TRUCKS IN STOCK...MANY OTHER LOCATIONS DONT EVEN RENT TOOLS. PEOPLE ARE SUPER HELPFUL TOO!

Greg in the hardware department. A super nice guy helped me with choosing the screws. He really considered the customer side, and I hope all Homedepot crews could be like him to help customers with a warm and kind attitude.

Sean, in the painting department. He asked me if there is anything he can help me with. Before he helped me, he also requested few customers if they needed any help or assistance. He answered my question patiently, and I appreciate his help. Meanwhile, he also helped me with using the key-making machine. He led me to the machine and taught me how to use the machine. He walked through the process with me patiently again. Until I fully understood the process, he left. Thanks, Sean!!

I expected more from a super store, low inventories on electrical and plumbing. Other then that the store is great. I try here first because it's the closest store to my house.

good selection, got what I needed and checked out in no time.

Everytime we check if there's something that we need in stock this is the store that always pops up that has it. We understand that it's a superstore so it should be better stocked then others but the staff is also very helpful too. Super thankful we live next to a superstore! Best place to get our Christmas tree every year. Our daughters love the car shopping carts and they are always clean when we go to use them. Thank you!
