The Home Depot stores are pretty OK and but need to incorporate Apple Pay as a method of payment.

I've been in several Home Depot Stores throughout the state of California and the Anaheim Hills store is, by far, the cleanest, most organized store I've been in of all the stores I've visited. I wish every store would use this store as a model.

This was a good trip to the store. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 mins. Very, very happy

I was not able to find store support to find items. Was not able to pay for my items via Apple Pay. After four years pursuing Home Depot management.

I have always found name brand quality tools and supplies at Home Depot. I have purchased pool supplies, garden tools, lawn movers, lawn edgers, plants, light bulbs, Christmas stuff and on and on over the 20 years plus of shopping at the Yorba Linda Store. Experience has always been great. This is why I've shopped there for all these years. i do not need to recommend a friend. They are already Home Depot customers. Whose not?

Customer service has plummeted at this store. Gone are the days when employees greeted customers and cared. It's nearly impossible to find help in the store and most employees ignore customers.

Finally bought the mini-vac I've been wanting for a long time. The Rigid mini-vac is compact, light weight, has great suction power and easy to use.

For the most part, everything I purchase there usually works perfectly. If I encounter a problem with an item I purchased, no matter how long after I purchased it, with a receipt, I can take it back and get a replacement with no hassle.

I have been buying the Ryobi 18+one tools at Home Depot for years and they are XLNT Tools

I ended up having three people direct me and help me. Home depot always has many people to help.

I wasn't able to get a product online that was sold as a combo. In the store, they only had the product sold as two individuaL pieces at a much higher price. At the customer service counter, I was given discounts on the in-store products to bring the price down but not a match to the online price of the combo but hey they tried to help me out as much as they could. Thanks!

This Home Depot its the best organized Home Depot I've seen in a long time. Their aisles are clean and clear of merchandise almost every time I go there. If there is anything in the aisle, it is usually pushed to the side, out of the way. The staff is friendly and willing to help me find what I'm looking for if I can't find it.

Always have exactly what I need, when I need it! Came in to replace my Home AC dust filter. They have so many options and all in stock!

Never looked at me once while ringing my order or taking my money just continue to have a conversation with her other employees regarding her pay at minimum wage and wouldn’t continue to work there because after deductions she’s not making enough money. The staff at this location is pleasant, eager to help, and most importantly easy to located throughout the store.

Holiday Tool Female associate who was stocking while I was there was very rude. Very condescending and threatened to flag my acct because I unlocked and gave me a very damaged box, unwilling to let me select another and told me if I returned she would flag my acct.

I can always find the amount I need of any certain product. Only had to order a product one time in the 25+ years I have been shopping at HD
