I absolutely love the Home Depot. It seems to have more products than other hardware stores. The employees always greet you and their disposition is always pleasant. The store is always clean and and there is always someone around to assist you when needed.

Excellent service from the time I entered the store...from the man who assisted me to obtaining an electric cart to the man who helped me buy an electrical part. Friendly, knowledgeable support personnel.

All of the Christmas Tree's were marked incorrectly! Employees were admitting it while the cashier/ manager wanted no part of it. The cashier solution was to just go find another tree, wouldn't be a problem, except they were all that way!!! How could this happen Home Depot?

We normally shop in the early morning hours. Many a time you cannot get any help in this store or if they try to help we know more than the customer srvc. person trying to answer our question. Today was an exception. There is a lady that works in gardening that really seems to have her stuff together and she was actually one that helped us today and she has many times in the past. She's good. There is one guy in lumber who has a horrible attitude and we have a nickname for him. I won't repeat it out of courtesy.

Great customer service!!! Clean store!! Marc in Lumber was an amazing help and went above and beyond for us today!!! My sister and I are building a fake mantle fireplace, and we needed a sheet of plywood cut to a few different sizes. Marc was so helpful and cut the wood no problem! He really took pride in our project, and corrected a few mistakes we had! Now, thanks to Marc, we have a perfect mantle fireplace!! It fits our electric firebox perfectly!! We are so thankful he was there to help us!!! Thank you, Marc!!!

This store is awesome! We especially appreciated the knowledgeable and friendly service we received from Jose Arcos in the Garden Center. He was helpful, answered all of our annoying questions, and helped us pick-out plants for our backyard that look perfect! We have also received kind and professional service from Gayle at the front register, and Mr. Bob and Danny Miller in Tool Rental. Thank you to all!

Got an estimate for vinyl, carpet, baseboards. After the Home Depot assc called me to give estimate, then told me I need to get asbestos test on floors in bathrooms. Very expensive and another add on to my cost. I wasted over 3 days of my personal time to be called and then told about the asbestos. The Home Depot associate should ask customers if they have flooring before 1990 removed and let them know that they might have to get the asbestos test, maybe removal and certificate that the floor is clear from asbestos. Wasted over 3 days of my personal time and $50.00 estimate fee. I'd like to get my $50.00 fee for the estimate returned to me. Home Depot didn't even email me the estimate! Also, the tech who measured my 1637 square foot home was here for over 2 hours! Way too long for sure.
