It’s Home Depot, they have pretty much everything you need the hard part is finding it and finding an employee who is helpful enough to do so. Not many employees were willing to help or seemed like they wanted to be there which was unfortunate however we came in contact with an employee by the name of Sergio (d27) he was kind and extremely helpful! He’ll be the reason we return to this specific Home Depot location. Thank you, you are appreciated!

I had bought a new t.v. The delivery company flaked on me. I was in a pinch to try and figure out what to do on short notice? The company I purchased the t.v. from suggested I give Home Depot a call. Instead I went directly there. It was quick easy and far less expensive than using a delivery company. Thank you Home Depot, for making a bad experience into a good one....

I have been to this homedepot way more now than with truxel. That place is a mess. I love this homedepot.

The people in lumber and kitchen cabinets are outstanding and very helpful. The cashiers seem to be above average too.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores

I went to purchase a new refrigerator and Keith, the dept manager, was so polite and pleasant to work with. He was very careful to find me one with an ice-maker! He is a real asset to Home Depot.

I had a great time looking around , make a big wish list and getting idea. I bought some pavers and found a plant that I can't find anywhere also the color I want it I am create a moonlight garden. I love all the tiles need to get for my next project and everyone so nice and helpful on a hot day in Sacramento.

Friendly staff and clean store. Could do better on stocking shelves. Not on shelf look up and usually find it. But thats true for all the Home Depots in the valley sadly.

I went in not knowing what tools/hardware was the best but affordable for a DIY project and the manager Luis was very helpful and showed me multiple options

I bought an LG french door, 2 freezer drawer refrigerator Sku 1005-138-588, and are very happy with it. It cooled down very quickly so we could place our food in the refrigerator and freezer within 2.5 hours. We are very pleased!

On an early morning visit, I was appalled to see at least 1/4 of shoppers and some staff not wearing face masks.

I appreciate the paint specialist. The service is wonderful.

Much cleaner that other stores in the area. Staff are friendly and it is easy to park.

Had an employee stop by today to get some material. Cashier made a mistake and charged over $3,200 more than the original bill was supposed to be and didn’t even realize it. Employee came back to the job site and realized he was charged incorrectly. I called Home Depot to resolve the situation. Transferred me to the head cashier and he told me that we have to bring the items back to figure out what went wrong. I asked if it can be done over the phone, head cashier said no! So my employee had to go all the way back to Home Depot to get the situation resolved. Huge inconvenience, 2.5 hours of lost time on the job site not to mention the unnecessary drive time. Very frustrated with this Home Depot and how they handled the situation. The lady that did the return did apologize, but none the less I will still avoid this Home Depot as best as I can.

I have been here multiple times. It is closest to me. The customer service in non-existent. The employees will ignore you. When I do ask questions I find they only half know the answer. I think from now on I'll just pay the extra and shop elsewhere. At least my local hardware store greets me at the door.

Full service hardware store.

Every time I go there I NEVER get everything I need, specifically lumber. It's always a mess because everything is picked over. The wood should be half off because the quality is terrible. 1 out of 3 types of wood is all I could buy. This store never gets better. The parking lot could get picked up better. Trash everywhere. The employees are not friendly or helpful. The checkout people are the only bright spot there.

Went to buy lumber. Went to another store and asked if they can cut some lumber to fit in my car. Rep said per safety, they cannot cut lumber and walked away. Next day I went to the Howe location 2 days in a row and rep Kevin and Devonte in the lumber was very friendly and helpful! Quickly told me of course he can help cut the lumber. I told him my experience from another location and he was disappointed I was treated in the wrong manner. Their managers trained them right!!! KUDOS to everyone!

Multiple employees not wearing mask on properly, and they allow customers to shop with no masks on. Very uncomfortable shopping experience. Typically do curveside but this time I had to purchase an item that was only in store only, no shipping or curved side. Don't recommend unless you have to go in. This location obviously don't not care about covid for their employees or customers.

I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with my project, but Stephanie York & Robbie Robbins turned that around for me. They went above and beyond my expectations. They are outstanding employee's.

Most people think all home depots are the same well they are in some ways well there are not bad but the home depot on Howe avenue now that where you really get service and they are quick at the check out. Thanks keep up the good work

The store was neat and clean. The employees were extremely friendly. The MOD was extremely rude and lied to me.

Monica from the Garden Center was extremely helpful in locating a product we couldn’t find. She searched high and low for it without giving up, and ended up finding it in the back. We were so grateful for her determination and patience!

Went to to buy single pieces of bolt, nut, and washer set. When it came to the register, the prices were double what was posted on the box. I told the cashier the prices were wrong, but their system only had 1 price. Bolts come in different size and length, so do their respected washer and nut, so the prices aren't the same. It was hard to go back and to the area where I got the bolt/nut/washer from because it's Isles away, plus there's a long line behind me. I needed the item and so paid the price :(
