I bought an appliance from the Atascadero California HD and Olivia in the flooring department was five star awesome. Wonderful to deal with an employee like her.

Now every power tool locked up and very little floor help it is a frustrating place to shop

Feel unwelcome and like I’m a suspect every time I use the self checkout. If it’s that much of a loss liability just get rid of it.

Why is there almost NEVER an employee to find or one willing to even ask if I could use any help!!!!!!!

Katie Gee in Millwork helped us a second time with a very large order for a vinyl fencing job. She did research and kept in communication all the time, even though we made many changes. We will keep using her for our future projects!

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a pleasure to visit. When I have to shop there, I tell my wife “I’m going Home.”

Shout out to Justin, Sydney and Jennie! I received tons of help on this particular visit. I purchased a lot of items and one employee in flooring helped hold a pallet of vinyl floors while I finished my other shopping. Eventually another employee in lighting helped me load the boxes to my cart! Unfortunately I did not get those individuals names. At check out I received help from Justin who educated me about the home depot card. We got it! and received a discount. His supervisor (Sydney) ended up assisting to ensure the discount would work! They really took the time and showed interest in me! I felt like they just knew my needs. Justin ended up helping me load my items to my pickup where I learned about his new Subaru, and his house projects! Very polite staff and I hope to see them again!

Home Depot tries harder than the competition “L’s.” Imelda at the Atascadero store was very knowledgeable and took the time to be sure all measurements and amount of each flooring components were ordered correctly. Imelda had a kind attitude and we didn’t feel rushed. She even arranged for 24 months interest free on our renovation project. Imelda also received authorization to add our extra renovation needs (vanity, fixtures, plumbing), we wanted to purchase ($1,000 more), could be added to the interest free agreement day of

We go to HD on a regular basis due to the stock on hand and Customer Service. Even though it is out of our way, we dearly appreciate being acknowledged and asked if we need assistance. Unfortunately, this seems to be a dying art at other big box stores. Please keep up the good work!

Went to buy some supplies and forgot my card however the staff there helped manually put my information to make the purchase . Also when the product wasn’t on the shelf they informed me when it would be on shelf so I could be better prepared. Great staff and environment!

I purchased bags of sand and concrete and the Home depot employees never showed up to load into my truck. I spoke with 3 different employees and asked 3 times when they were to load my vehicle. After 20 minutes I went in and there was no one around loading the materials and the 2 fork lifts were sitting idle.

Are usually utilize to self check out at Home Depot. The last couple experiences were just wonderful. I had difficulty finding barcode and working a discount on the machine. Olivia, the one who Supervising the self check out, helped me out. She was super friendly, very pleasant, very professional and knew what she was doing. Keep up the good work, Olivia!
