This always has helpful employees and mote often than not I find what I’m looking for to be in stock.

Cashier not communicating with other members when a customer need help loading. Had to chase down an associate to get help.

I enjoy shopping at this location-- they always have friendly staff and the store is very clean and well stocked. Fun to see the holiday displays and walk around the garden area! If help is needed at self- check there is always an associate to offer assistance.

Yes, everything is usually readily available when I order things or purchase them in store. I wish there was a little bit more fencing materials, but that’s OK. I still will continue to shop at Home Depot, the rental department needs to brush up on things and I in my opinion, would like to see a few more Tools and implements there for certain work that I do

They have a large supply of salt for softwater system.

I shop mainly at Home Depot but honestly spend less time there in the fall due to the distasteful Halloween decorations

Very helpful staff. I was looking for some fence paneling that was not in stock and we had to order it, he went to the vendors market and found me a much better deal than what I could’ve got at the store and save me quite a bit of money. Definitely gonna go to the pro desk for help and Assistance next time. With my larger orders.

It's nice to find everything where the apps says it is. I try to look for aisle numbers the night before - had 4 items to get and found each one and was out of there in 15 minutes. Great !!!!

Terrible customer service and lazy employees

This place usually has friendly employees that are willing to help and they usually have whatever I need in stock.

Perhaps the most disorganized HD that I've been to. Inside there are TOO many products staked in every isle to the point where it's hard not to run into them. Some of the employees are quite helpful. Others don't know the difference between a hammer and a screw driver. Outside is equally cluttered and often times packing containers and other garbage litter the parking lot. Not enough areas designated to park a truck and trailer. The manage in the rental center is great and quite helpful. Perhaps the most organized area in the store.

I always enjoy going to Atascadero Home Depot. It's so much nicer than any of the other Home Depot's I have been to. There is staff available to help and they are always friendly. The store is organized and clean.

Good associates working there.

Some customers don’t put things back. Everything becomes a mess. Makes it hard for people to find what they need. Would be helpful if store would face shelf more often.

I use the pro desk for phone sales and ask the staff for items and are usually on top of it!

I would like to give praise to Anita Milbauer. We had to reorder our fridge twice due to first missing out on a discount we were unaware of and the second time we measured wrong and the fridge would not have fit through the front door. MS Milbauer does not even have her primary focus on Appliances she is a design consultant. Due to a couple of appliance folks being on lunch she took the lead and performed with exceptional grace and calm. Never in the long storied history of HOME DEPOT has one employee done so much with so little time. The young lady deserve all the adulation and praise your company can grant MS Milauer.

This HD has a plethora of great personnel. From the moment we walked through the doors to when we checked out, we were met by courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful employees.

It was nice to see someone actually ask me if I needed help. The "other" bulk store in Paso Robles doest do that. It's like turning the lights on and watching the roaches scatter.

Tool sales have been good on Milwaukee and Dewalt in the past appreciate it…

Just wanted to let upper management know that Kathy at the Pro Desk is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Gets me in and out quickly to get the job done.

John in appliances in the Atascadero Home Depot was a wealth of information on refrigerator manufacturers and different styles. He saved us from having to shop around for information. We purchased that day and are awaiting delivery.

Great people and excellent supplies

Tom was available to help us order a new appliance immediately. He was very efficient and knowledgeable of the services Home Depot had to offer.
