Clean, well stocked, helpful employees. We have not experienced a bad shopping trip to date. Todays trip was a load of brick and the employees hand loaded for us with a great attitude. Makes you want to come back

During my past two visits to the Atascadero Home Depot in the past two days, I found good knowledgeable and friendly associates ready to help to make one's shopping experience a positive one.

This store is always a mess and difficult to get employees to help. Many items are always out of stock.

Employees are very kind. The garden department has very knowledgeable and helpful staff to help you get your garden blooming.

Staff were extremely helpful. Every member wore a mask and were very respectful and aware of social distancing! This will be my new “go to” hardware store!

The check out clerk was very helpful the employees on the floor gave me incorrect location for product The flower department had what I needed

The store is clean and aisles generally clear. My only to two complaints are that there doesn't seem to be enough staff, as I often have to hunt someone down if I need assistance and the hunt can take more time than I would expect.and the customer service can be mediocre by some Example: We recently placed an order for carpet and was to return the next day to finalize the color. When I arrived the next day there was no one in the department for maybe 10 minutes. The lady who showed up didn't recognize that I was even there, even though I was standing around the counter and very visible the whole time. I stood next the the plexiglass shield and she continued to do something on the computer, and never acknowledging I was even there that she would be available soon or that she would get someone else. Another person finally came and assisted me. It was a wierd experience and certainly not customer oriented. She needed to at least acknowledge I was there, There is no way she didn't see me.

The associate at the paint desk was friendly and helpful. Skyler in the lumber and building materials was extremely helpful. Diana at the pro area was helpful also, as was Tom in the checkout area.

The store was clean and very helpful staff.

Today-20 June- this store has reached a new low! Products in mixed piles hardware. Unable to get help in lumber for products on top rack. Store is very congested and does NOT allow social distancing. Aisles blocked with product displays Card scanner malfunctioning.

We had an awesome experience shopping for a sliding door. Hans assisted us in ordering the door and was extremely knowledgeable. We could not have accomplished our goal without Hans’ assistance. He is an outstanding employee.
